Quest Diagnostics

Horrible service. I had made an appointment for 10:45am the same day at 9:30am online. I got to Quest at 10:30am signed in with my appointment time. I sat there ’til 10:50 and got up to ask what was taking so long. I saw my appointment was crossed out and I asked why. The lady responds that they didn’t see my appointment on their list. I told her why wouldn’t she ask me? I made it this morning and their list is probably not updated. Why wouldn’t you ask? You’re just going to make me sit there forever, assume I’m lying about an appointment and make me wait as if I were a walk-​in? Needless to say, something that should of taken 15 min tops took an hour. I didn’t leave ’til 11:35am. They are slow as hell too, take their sweet ass time to do one little thing. I would never, ever go back to this location. Bunch of morons.

I did not have an appointment but was there right at 6am for blood work. I was the first one signed in and they took me right away. The staff was nice and friendly and I was out by 6:15. It did get crowded moments after but they still seemed to be working quickly. I had a great experience and will use them again.

I had to take a drug screening test in November for employment. I went to this location and waited for an hour for some creepy guy who said he used to live in Colorado. He gave me a cup and said to fill it up to a line that he invented. He then walked in to the bathroom and looked around. He then walked out and waited by the door, one foot away. I opened the door and bumped him in the face, After I came out he looked in the bathroom and told me nastily to come in. I told him to get lost, like I am going to let a Quest Diagnostic lab technician boss me around. I am doing the test for a job that pays 6 figures. LOL what a jerk. He then tells me my specimen is too low of a temperature and begins to pour it into another cup which of course will make it even lower temperature. He then told me to go back to the waiting room to retest. I told him to give me my keys back, I am not going to wait outside for another hour. I have better things to do, like pick up my children from school. Anyway this was a super inconvenient visit and they made me feel like I was a criminal. I still got the job thankfully this creep didn’t ruin my chances. Never again will I go through this humiliation.

Made an appointment for 1:45, wasn’t seen until nearly 2:30. The man at the window seemed overwhelmed. Was advised by him that this location frequently runs behind. I will NOT return

It’s never a thrill to have bloodwork done, but this location does an excellent job accommodating thier customers. Unlike so many other such places, this one is bright, very clean and as efficient as can be. The biggest plus is the staff. They are always pleasant, smiling and freindly. Nice job by all!

Had to get some tests done. My wife set up the appointment for me today at 1:30. Got there about an hour earlier. The attendant was nice, got me in the inside waiting area within minutes. 10 minutes later Chrystal came to get me. She was nice and did her job splendidly. Easy on the needle. She was telling me she’s been doing this for more than 14 years. That was reassuring to hear. Place was clean and not a lot of people, (today is Thursday). With these places you have to set an appointment otherwise it will take them a while to call you. Today was a great day to get this done.
