Men’s Wearhouse

Way too expensive. We got swindled out of nearly a$ 1,000. «Our suits are $ 600+ individually; but, you can buy one get one free…» Pfft.

HORRIBLE. I would not recommend this place to absolutely anyone. I did not experience a single problem with any of my wedding vendors except Men’s warehouse. Whatever you think you are saving in discounts or the like, you really are not. The suits were poor quality and apparently they don’t even know how to properly hem the pants. My poor elderly grandfather had to go three times to get measured because they kept losing his measurements (they would argue that my grandfather had never gotten measured instead of admitting that they were careless and unorganized). My husband had stated that he was going to buy his tuxedo instead of renting it since we had won a free suit. When the tuxedo arrives it turns out that it was a rental tuxedo and not a new one. They of course tried to argue that we never told them we wanted to buy the tuxedo. We spent more than 4 hours at the store just trying to fix this mess along with other issues. Some of the other groomsmen tuxedos did not arrive until the day before our wedding even though they promised it would be there no later than two days prior to the wedding in case any adjustments had to be made.
My entire experience with this place was frustrating and disappointing. Every time I spoke to anyone at this place I continued receiving conflicting information and not once did they ever apologize for anything. They just excused themselves by stating that it was «prom season» and they were extremely busy. I don’t normally leave bad reviews when I am disappointed with services but I was so bothered by my experience with the products and services of this place that I was compelled to write about my dissatisfaction wherever possible so that others can avoid going through what I went through.

What a great experience! Quick, prompt and friendly — always a perfect combination.
I explained what I needed for an upcoming event and they immediately sprung into action. They have a great section of formal and causal wear. Lots of variety and combinations of colors and accessories that wasn’t the least bit confusing. You would think a suit store would be a boring place. But the employees here were very upbeat and worked well as a team — something that I respect a lot. The best part is getting an amazing discount on a second suit. How could I say no to that?
This is the place I’ll be going from now on for all my formal needs.
