I would like to tell you how pleased I am with the customer service I received for my business this year. Not only was Rebecca, from the store located in Pembroke Pines, persistent in reaching me to place my order this year, but she was also a pleasure to speak with. Every year I have a hard time getting through the phone lines due to the busy time for your business, but Rebecca was readily available. The one time I was not able to get in touch with her, she called me within 5 minutes. I had never met the person I placed orders with year after year, and today when I went to pick up my order, Rebeca herself loaded my SUV with all 14 hams. I am 8 months pregnant and have a high-​risk pregnancy, and was accompanied by my 3 year old, I was so pleased when she didn’t allow me to touch a thing without me having to ask. I can tell she was VERY busy because different people were talking to her, yet she made sure I was taken care of. Bravo for having such a great team member in one of your stores!
