Horrible service, paid over $ 300 and they are so careless with what they do with your car. I showed the manager what his employees did to my car and his face was so blank and he acted like he didn’t care. Not even worth going there

The service sucks, will never go back here again. Was told that it was going to take 3 hrs to change 1 tire and the reason was the technician was at lunch! My wife got there at noon… Some people will never get it, treat your customers right and we will go back every time while spreading the good word.

Stay away from this Goodyear! I’ve had some terrible experiences at this location in pines. They can’t even do a oil change right. The guy doing the oil change didn’t screw the oil plug all the way and oil leaked on my driveway for days. Brought it back and the idiot mgr tells me not to worry we won’t charge you for the oil change… really??? They also did other mechanical work on my engine which went bad on vacation and had to be fixed by another Goodyear after I was stranded. They suck and the manger is a little bullshit artist that will rip you off. Stay away or prepare to be broken down and ripped off!!!

Thanks to the guys at Goodyear standing behind the products and services they do. I am really impressed by the attitude of customer service. Had an issue with an oil leak where they don’t normally work on that area… They’re gonna fix it for me. I am so glad not everyone reads these reviews, because the garage would be to busy. I am a loyal customer for life.

Called ahead for an alignment and was told a 45 minute wait. Arrived about 10 minutes later, hand over the keys and get told it’s an hour and a half wait. 2 hours and 10 minutes later I get my car back haha. I love it
