I love bcbg! Although their prices are slightly on the high side the quality of of most their items is amazing. This mall is literally one mile away from where I live, so it’s my go to place for last minute outfits. In the beginning I feel that what the other people said about their service is true no one greats you, it’s like your the only one in the store. But, as they get to know you and see you around the store more often they do stop and greet you. The service here is really a hit or miss but hey, at least you’ll have nice clothes on!

Kelly T. is right! There were at least 6 sales associates walking around the store when I entered and not one greeted or acknowledged me. Even after I had picked out a dress and was walking around the store with it I did not have one SA help me. In fact, I approached one of them, asked her if she worked at the store and once she said yes, I kindly asked if she could start a fitting room for me! Great customer service would dictate that when you see a person pick out an item and continue to walk the store, you offer to start a fitting room for them. This SA looked at me as if she were doing me a favor by taking the dress! Had the poor service continued from there they would have guaranteed a one star review but I have to admit that once I tried on the dress and then tried on a few more items, the SA was MUCH more helpful and nice.
Please BCBG, get your act together and train your staff to be courteous to every individual that walks in. A hello goes a long way…

It makes a difference when you walk in the store and the sales associate greets you, not so in this store. I was one of two customers around lunchtime today. The whole time I was browsing the racks, none of the sales associates walking around even bothered to come and help me as well as the other person. The lady behind the counter was on the phone the whole time. What kind of crap is this?
I have been a loyal BCBG shopper since college, but I noticed in South Florida, the only store that is helpful and friendly enough is the Aventura store. Also, I have to agree with the other reviewer that the BCBG stores in general has a horrible return policy so it’s best to buy at departments stores that carry them such as Saks, Nordstroms or Neiman. I will never go back to this store, sadly :(

Horrible return policy from BCBG! I rather go shopping in dept stores where they have their selection and able to return or exchange whenever I feel like… all bcbg’s are horrible with their return policies! I used to shop at BCBG Pembroke Gardens, FL… Good luck to them in this economy!
