This is my go-to neighborhood pharmacy. The store is almost always clean and stocked with what I’m looking for. The after-holiday sales are great! The cashiers are usually friendly and fast. Pharmacy staff are professional and my prescriptions are usually filled faster than they estimate, if I’m in the store waiting. Returns aren’t a problem. The length of their receipts are crazy long — conserve the register tape please! LOL

Hanukkah this year starts December 17. There is nothing at the store to buy for it NOTHING only Christmas stuff.

Awesome experience, had to buy some cosmetics from L ‘Oreal and this person Denise helped and oh man amazing, great person, awesome skills.
This person made the rest of my experience in this place great.

This CVS is in a high traffic area and becomes very busy around 5:00 pm. Consistently there are only a few cashiers on and long lines. The service is mediocre and there doesn’t seem to be strong management especially in the evening. While mentioning this to the evening supervisor last night, I was told complaining to management won’t get me anywhere because corporate is always cutting job. Not a great response to someone who drops $ 100 each time she is there.
I guess customer service isn’t their specialty.
The pharmacy is fine.

It’s nice to see consistency in a chain store. Whether it’s in Pelham (where my sister lives), Vero (Mom) or in the FiDi (where my daughter goes to school), I know I can count on CVS to deliver the goods.

CVS a very nice and convenient pharmacy, this location in Pelham is in a nice small neighborhood strip mall, has all your basic needs, workers are friendly, very simple and nice. No hassles
