he worse level of incompetence I have ever experienced. The pharmacist doesn’t know how to process a prescription unless the computer tells her how to. Their system had a glitch and instead of resorting to a manual process that is in existence. I stand there for 1 hour while a person on a phone tells her how to do it.
People. Even educated ones are computer stupid
