If i were able to give negative zeroooooo stars i totally would. I purchased 2 Groupons for $ 10pp. (You get what ypu pay for, it was my first time ever attending a skate Derby class one lady was very helpful in assisting me put on some of the gear however it was time for her to go home, I asked the woman who i later found out is the owner for assistance with the wrist guards, she was very stand-​offish, began talking down saying that she wasn’t going to cater to me by assisting me with the wrist guards. I let her knw i didn’t need her 2 cater 2 me i was just asking for a bit of assistance, she began cursing at me, i kept asking her was she an RACIST (she didnt respond) because it seems like this anger was coming from a different place. She was condescending, rude, combative and does not represent her company well. She didn’t want 2 return my waiver. I tried to get my guest to record the incident so we could have put it on fb. I will be reporting her to Groupon, and getting a refund even though she may need the $ 10 more than me. If you’re African-​American stay away from this establishment. I have been purchasing Groupons for the last 4yrs and this was the only problem I’ve ever encountered with a business owner. (P.s.The protective gear that they provide also stinks. I included a pic of the woman didn’t get her name.

South Side Roller Derby Boot Camp is the best. Not only will you leave drenched with sweat but with skills on skates. The instructors do their very best to make sure you learn what you need to for any level. You will leave obsessing over what you learned, dreaming about it and wanting more… roller derby!
