DO NOT USE THEM!!! If I could have given them zero stars, I would. They WEAR and DAMAGE items you provide to them! I have given them two pairs of brand new Nine West high heels. After I bought them, I’ve discovered that the heel is a bit too high for me and wanted to sell them. Rather than letting me know if they’d accept the items or not within 1.5−2 weeks, as promised, they took nearly a month to get back with me. They told me I have a few days to pick up one pair of shoes or choose to donate them. I refused to donate them — they are brand new beautiful shoes of very high quality that I could have sold elsewhere or even decided to wear despite the high heels. When I came to pick them up, they have put SEVEN MAJOR SCRATCHES on the leather and soles were clearly scuffed. I am so angry, I am going back there today to pick up the other pair of shoes and I am NEVER using ReStyle again! Please avoid this unfortunate experience by learning from mine.
UPDATE: I filed a complaint with BBB and even though the business owner refused to admit fault, they have credited my account with the amount I would have received had the pair of shoes sold. At least they did that much.
