I really like this location. I have NOT had an exam here, so I cannot comment on that. However, the people working here are very friendly and professional. Also, you can get great deals on frames here if your timing is right! I got a pair of Burberry frames for half price, at a cost that is unheard of elsewhere (even on the internet).

Horrible customer service, way overpriced. Their frames are way overpriced which u could get way cheaper somewhere else. If your planing to come here, your making a big mistake. The people here make u feel like ur not important. They don’t care about you, all they care is selling you the product so they can make the sale. I went there for we exams and came back to order my contact lenses bc I was on my last pair and it’s way over due. I asked the girl if she can give me a new pair of lenses while waiting on my order and she said they don’t have anymore of my prescription. Really? Not even a single pair? So if there’s another me coming to get eye exam and contact fit, then I guess after that person gone through with all the exam and at the very last step, contact lenses fit, they have to tell her come back another day bc they don’t have the contact lenses? I know they were being cheap and didn’t want to give up a pair of contact and I had to continue wearing my very old overdue contact lenses until my order arrived. The only reason I continue my service there was bc I was desperately need to get everything done right before the holiday and I don’t have time to schedule another visit to somewhere else. But this would be my first and last and i would never recommend anyone to come here instead I’ll make sure none of my friends or family member would go there

Do not go to this place. Very unfriendly, over priced. After going in doing exam and buying contacts from them I wanted to send my glass prescription off and called them to take my PD. This was day after I bought my contacts. I was informed it would cost extra. After I just spent money there they refused to do that for me. Asked to speak to the dr was told she was busy. Asked that she call me back. She never did. Having family where I’m from in optical business I know how it works. Their mark up on frames is way over priced. To simply help me out and take a simple measurement after I paid them a lot of money would have been nice but a simple ruler and a mirror I did it myself. They didn’t care whatsoever and was cold and rude. There are so many places out there. Don’t give your money to a place that don’t care about their customers. I had to give it a one star… they don’t even deserve that one.

Warning! It will be to your own loss to buy anything here. I strongly urge everyone to stay far away from this dealer and notify their friends that they are incompetent and are only interested in taking your money and not supplying the services, in my opinion!

Buyer beware! You are going to sign an agreement before you get to see your glasses. And even if they can’t provide what they promised, you are going to have to pay.
Feeling reasonable and want to talk it out with a manager??? Nope. They are not in and have no interest in calling you back, but you are offered the option of calling them. Maybe you will get lucky and they will be in. Probably not.
You have lots of options in where you buy your glasses. I suggest you go with one that is interested in you as a customer and not just in grabbing what money they can from you.
