I would give no stars if possible. You call to make appointment with their office, you get a call center. You ask for a specific doctor, they push you to another. You ask if that doctor is a specialist in the area for which you are calling and they assure you she is. You get there. Wait an hour and a half. Find out the doctor they pawned you off on is, simply, a family doctor. You, of course, have a family doctor you would have went to if that was what you needed. They are not apologetic. They blame call center. But call center placed you on hold while she called them to verify. So someone is full of it. You, of course, don’t want to leave without proof that your insurance won’t be billed. They promise to give you something. Wait twenty more minutes only to be given something saying no charge for your visit. But, equally of course, you had no visit. Do not go here.

I found out that I needed to get stitches on my foot removed (and probably should have gotten them out 2 days ago), I needed to find a doctor fast. Somewhat new to the area, I did not have a primary care physician. Therefore, I looked to Unilocal (and quickly realized that physicians don’t get many reviews). Crossing my fingers based on one review, I called this place.
Although I was a new patient and they didn’t have any appointments available for a couple of weeks, they were kind enough to let me come in (although warning that I would have to wait a while). It was only about a 30 minute wait, which, from my experience, is not that bad for a doctor’s office even if one has an appointment. Everyone on staff was very nice. The doctor had great bedside manner, and he didn’t even mind when I let out a little swear word from the pain.
When he asked me how I had heard about the office, I told him I had found it on Unilocal.He laughed and said, «Now that’s something I’ve never heard before!»
Even though I picked this place in a crunch, I would definitely go back in the future.

Dr. Jain has been our PCP for almost 10 years now. He’s been great for our annual physicals and general medical issues. He is a great listener and is very interested in hearing your concerns. The other Dr’s on staff are good too. I have seen Dr. Porter-​Tucci, when Dr. Jain was not available, and Dr. Palassi was our son’s PCP before he left for college. Comfortable office, with Quest Lab on site.
