It is 4 days before Christmas and I just needed to fill a box I was shipping with peanuts so the glasses didn’t break– there was a line and I figured with the time of year, it would be quite a long process to get my package sent. Not only did they get right to me, when he saw that it was a prepaid shipping label and I explained what I needed– he said no problem we’ll take car of it! I tried to pay for the peanuts and the labor but he wouldn’t let me. That’s is the definition of amazing customer service!!! I’ll be making this my shopping destination going forward! Thank you so much for giving me a little Christmas cheer today!

I came by here for the first time, about a week or so back to get passport photos (which came out good).
I think the two employees, «N & N» were courteous, friendly, and prompt. I went ahead and sent my letter out for my passport while I was there.
This will definitely be a choice in the future, compared to going to the post office.
