Just got their New Buttery Bacon Swiss Burger …
Well the lady didn’t even get our order right again on top of it they were out of another item this evening Dr Pepper. Had to get a root beer .
Now ive done cleaned myself up (didn’t even finish it) I still feel greasy & have an upset tummy this was the WORSE $ 12 I’ve spent … totally disappointed

This is the worst jack in the box in pearland hands down. Everytime I go there they fuck me yet im the one paying for it! Don’t go here if you can help it.

Hey! How about a smile and friendly greeting? Don’t you understand, the only way you get paid is when people like me buy here! Got my drink wrong. Had to go in to change it. Yuk, floor looks like hasn’t been mopped for days. Same uncaring attitude! Now my meal is cold. Shop at your own risk.

it’s a fast food place. i go when i am in the mood for tacos or a greasy burger. the people there have always been polite. i have never had bad service.

It’s standard JITB food in a dirty surrounding. It’s the only place to stop on the way to work when I forget to eat and ugh, I need to start remembering to eat at home. Staff is frowny, tables are sticky and filthy. Food is thrown together.

The food is worse than any other JITB I have been too, and they never get the order correct! At least 4 out of 5 times, the food is either wrong or missing from the bag. How hard is it, when I say «no mustard», to leave off the mustard! The worst thing is that they are 15 seconds from my house, so it’s easy access.
