The employee was exceptionally rude and disrespectful. When we asked for his name so that we could contact a manager, he flat out refused to give us the name and phone number of the manager. We will never eat at this location again.

Why does this subway have a drive thru? I did drive thru because I have a sleeping baby in the backseat, waited(no exaggeration) 30 mins and still did not get to the window. No one even asked for my order through the airphone. I was stuck between cars, as soon as one moved a little bit, I was out of there! Took me 5 mins at lennys to get my sandwich. Not everrrrr going to this subway again!
