Pizza Hut

This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a pizza hut!
I ordered my pizza without cheese, LIKE I ALWAYS DO — and what I got was a hard as rock cracker with next to NO SAUCE, DRY!
The person on the phone argued w me that a pizza w out cheese MUST BE DRY…
The guy @ the counter says «o sure, no problem, let me fix this for u»
What I get is a pizza with so much sauce my toppings are literally sliding off… limp, soggy, gross!
This ruined our one MONTHLY pizza nite!
RIDICULOUS!

There’s very few times that I will deny pizza, however my husband and I just ordered from here and it kinda ruined our halloween. The pizza is so burnt that it’s literally hard. Not very happy.

Love pizza hut, hate this location. Service is poor, my on line order always gets messed up. Ordering in took about an hour. Honestly I’m to lazy to leave base. I’m stuck.

I’m not really sure if it’s an issue with the online ordering process, or the folks who make the orders…
I’ve ordered pizzas from here before and they’re pretty much it or miss. The last time, I ordered «light sauce» and ended up with pizzas swimming in sauce. I’ve used the «notes» function to add specifics and they’re essentially ignored. (please bring extra sauce/​parmesan/​etc). This most recent time though… takes the cake!
Tonight I ordered two pizzas and breadsticks:
I used a coupon for 2 medium 4-​topping pizzas for $xx.xx
Pizza #1 Pan crust, extra cheese, pepperoni (both ordered on the whole pizza), light sauce.
Pizza #2 Pan crust, extra cheese, pepperoni and pineapple (again, whole pizza), light sauce.
Received:
Dry (clearly heat lamped) breadsticks
Pizza#1: light cheese, no sauce, pepperoni whole pizza (there are places where you just see bread and no sauce or cheese)
Pizza #2: Light/​normal-​ish cheese on the pepperoni half, Normal cheese on the pineapple half. yes, that’s right the pepperoni and pineapple on the WHOLE pizza was instead segregated to pepperoni on one half, pineapple on the other.
Neither pizza is a pan pizza. What cheese there is on the pizzas is starting to clump (?) I guess that’s the best way to say that, even though the box is hot on the outside, the pizza has obviously been sitting under a lamp for a bit…
So yes, they either have an issue with the ordering system, or with whomever is reading the orders. I would also say that the person checking the orders and making sure they go out in a timely manner could probably use a little more training.
Heat lamped, incorrect pizza is NOT what I pay nearly $ 40 for.

The pizza I had delivered was depressingly thin bottomed, had next to no sauce even though I asked lite sauce. There was zero extra cheese. It was over cooked and chewy like it had been sitting for a while. And the stuffed crust was over stuffed to the point that it wasn’t sealed properly. I have had so much better from other pizza huts and I’m not impressed with this. Going into the store is good, except they’re slow and under staffed during the lunch rush.

Terrific customer service! I’ll drive the extra mile to get the kind of customer service I pay for. The employees here are quick to fix mistakes no questions or complaining. Pleasant and friendly employees, ever time. Too bad the dining room is impersonal and cafeteria like.
