Domino’s Pizza

Don’t order from this location and well if you do make sure youre carrying it out and check before you leave the store. Sad part is I love dominoes. I just truly do not understand why every time I order I get a dry chicken Alfredo pasta bowl. So freaking dry the pasta it’s self is crunchy. I literally pay for extra sauce every time as well! Not to mention how sloppy the actual pizza was but then again my family ate it because they were starving. I assumed these people were overly lazy. And well this is and will be the last time I well order there. Extremely disappointed. I see a lot of business being lost since the food court will be opening a papa johns over here.

I always order online and get delivery. Each time I get my pepperoni pizza it is delicious and has a nice amount of sauce. It’s always hot and fresh. The driver is always friendly and courteous. Put more garlic on the hand tossed crust. That is all.

Shittiest service from a pizza chain. Delivery order shipped without half the order, they forgot all the sauces, and then re-​delivery took over 30 more minutes. Do not order from this dominos.

Lousy customer service. Pizza was delivered, the order was wrong. Also ordered two garlic sauce and paid for them and didn’t get them, I told the driver all he said was sorry. I told him he needs to fix it and he said you want me to go back and get the sauce then drive back to your house in a mean tone. I said yes you guys made the mistake now you guys need to fix it too.

I like the new Dominoes food but this review is for this location. Keep in mind i did my research and made sure this was the dominoes that delivered to our area it is on the outskirts of their delivery area.
However i was not even able to order because the moron that answered the phone could barely comprehend English and apparently had no idea where Aiea was and had never heard of it before! REALLY?! its 5 minutes away! He kept telling me to call the pearl city dominoes that was actually way further away and does not deliver here.
Stop hiring barely literate imbeciles.

Yeah… I… I don’t know. We’ve had the same «easy order» on the phone app through like, THREE different locations now… and this location is the ONLY one that can’t seem to understand it.
It’s pretty basic. ONE deep dish pepperoni pizza and ONE deep dish pepperoni with olives on one half and green peppers on the other. Now, you’d think that the toppings might be the challenging part, right? Nope, they actually get those right. It’s the sauce/​cheese options. See, the website/​phone app have built in sauce and cheese selectors. You can pick how much and what types of each you want. (remember, here, that I’ve had this order saved for over two years, have had it delivered from three «home stores» including this one and any number of random «carry out» places that we just happen to be near, this is relevant).
We order BOTH pizzas with LIGHT tomato sauce and EXTRA cheese. Not complicated right? Not for other locations, anyways. I guess it’s a little complicated, but it’s saved in my profile, I don’t ever change it, and they have my phone number if they have questions.
Now, we’ve ordered from here… I’d say about 3x per month since we moved. So, probably 6 – 9 times so far? That’s quite a lot. EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess it up. It’s literally backwards. Light cheese, extra sauce. I always double check the order (it’s right). I call, they say «oops sorry» and that’s about it. I have kiddos, I’m not going to wait ANOTHER hour for them to show up with a new pizza. They are (according to the website) the only store that will deliver where we live, so we’re kinda stuck unless we want to deal with carry out.
On top of this whole mess (it’s pretty messy what with all that sauce), they’re always late. I get traffic, I get «busy» but, seriously? You have my phone number. If the website says 20 – 30 minutes and you KNOW it’s going to take over an hour, please let me know.
I get the feeling that, as they’re the only game in town for delivery near our area, they have this «meh» attitude towards service. Unfortunate.
I believe I’ll try one of their other locations. We DO enjoy the brand, just not this location.

After eating at this Domino’s Pizza location, I must say, the pizza I ate is by far the best I have ever eaten (in comparison to other pizza brands). We ordered a pan crust pizza – half pepperoni and the other half ham with pineapple. The right amount of toppings, cheese, and softness = Delicious!!!

Up to this point we’ve had decent luck with this place. Tonight it all turned on it’s ear. Ordered pizza at 4 and it’s still not here. The tracker site says it was delivered 20 min ago. LIE. We called and they said he’d be here «in less than 6 min». So here we are. No food. And no explanation of what’s going on. Stay away from this place. They seriously don’t care. I’ll be calling my bank to stop payment to these clowns.

Super fast delivery! But mainly I appreciate the manager and staff for being so kind and working with us and others when it comes to parties. You are awesome!!!

The Dominos on Kuntz Ave. rocks. I placed the order at 4:30 pm on a Saturday and got it 30 minutes later. The pizza and wings were still hot. I am also very glad Dominos makes a spicy hawaiian pizza now! AND the delivery guy was very nice. Love them.

I’ve never had any issue with this location. They are alway quick, pizzas are yummy and I always have nice people that take my order.

The food is usually good, the guys behind the counter are usually grumpy but i expect it, i mean its a dominos yah know? That why I dont really under stand all the 1 and 2 star reviews about service, I mean what do you think the place is the freak Azure at the Ritz. These are 16 – 17 year olds making minimum wage throw them a bone. Just cause your some majors wife doesnt really give you the right to throw fits whenever you want.
The real reason I only give dominos on hawaii a 3 star review is because of all the stupid ass mainland only deals that keep up on there website even after you enter in your location for ordering. I HATE IT. Hawaii is a state right? So how the hell do they justify coupon region locks. Its a conspiracy lol!!!

Always a quick and painless process. I call in, order, pick up 10 minutes later chow down. Obviously not the best pizza in the world but if I wanted that I would be going to an Italian Resteraunt! For «fast food,» greasy pizza, dominos is top notch! Love this place.

We placed our order online. I am loving this new feature for the base in the last few months. Our order was made to perfection, however, I would of added a little more sauce and the crust was thinner then normal, but still tasty. We ordered for lunch as we’re prepping a big Italian dinner and didn’t want to be doing two things at once. I would order again. PS. Great Customer service.

I’ve ordered here four times and I have never encountered an issue and my food was good. It isn’t the greatest pizza but it meets expectations so 3 stars for being acceptable.

It was okay. Quick service and they were friendly, but it’s Domino’s so it’s still greasy and requires a million napkins.

So, a couple weeks ago my husband and I ordered the chicken Alfredo. At first it was really delicious, it was the first meal I had that day and honestly I still would’ve ate it even if it tasted like shit. I ate the chicken Alfredo, and later in the day I had gut retching food poisoning. I spent 3 days not being able to eat anything, and throwing up anything that went down. And that’s hella hard especially because I have a 4 month old child that I’m still breast feeding. My body wouldn’t produce breast milk just because of that stupid chicken Alfredo. So Dominos, you don’t deserve anything more than one star because you made my husband and I really sick, you made it to where I wasn’t able to breast feed my baby, so screw you dominos.

Pizza was great! Nice and hot… HOWEVER the delivery guy was not very nice, and the bread bites were not cooked all the way! Come on y’all can do better!

This place is awful. Fortunately, they aren’t disgusting, however ²⁄₉ times getting pizza have they got my order right. Awful. Why do I keep coming? It is close to my house. Please hire more competent people or let me make my own. Please:)

Several months ago, Dominos launched a revolutionary ad campaign where they pretty much said, «You’re right: We have had lousy pizza, but now we’ve changed. Give us another try.» It worked on me. I gave them another try. I didn’t think that much had changed. Their pizza was still pretty lousy.
Well tonight, I decided to try one of their Oven Baked Sandwiches. I chose the Chicken Parm. Actually, it tasted pretty good. However, it didn’t look much like it did in the ads. Nor was it as big as it looked in the ads. And for nearly $ 8, it was not a good value.
Let me put it this way: Domino’s sandwiches may be better than their pizza, but I’d still rather have a Subway sandwich from next door. I gave the Subway next door 3-​stars.
