Hakuyosha dry cleaners is awesome! This is the third time that I’ve used their services and no complaints here. My boyfriend used them awhile ago to dry clean his suit for a wedding we had coming up and came home and raved about them. He said they were super friendly and we should continue to use them in the future. It must be wedding season for us because we did need to use their services again and they were awesome. The suits looked great.
I went in today again and I can see why my boyfriend likes this place. I was greeted instantly and she was very pleasant. I told her I had multiple items that needed to be cleaned. We sorted out which ones needed to be dry cleaned and which ones needed to be washed. She told me that a couple of my items I could just wash them at home in cold water. Sweet. She could’ve just taken all my items and charged me to wash them, but she didn’t.
Another reason why I’m so happy with my experience is because I brought in two of my boyfriends football jerseys that had mustard and other various stains on them. She told me that they don’t really like washing professional jerseys because if they are damaged the cleaners are not responsible for the damages. These were throw back jerseys so I didn’t want to risk it. She must have saw the disappointment on my face and then told me that I should buy Ivory soap and I can hand wash the stains out. Great customer service!!! Highly recommended :)
