Papa John’s Pizza

Absolutely unreliable. I have lived near this location for about 3 years, and used to order from them approximately once per month. I will NEVER order from this location again. They consistently leave out parts of my order, usually extra sauces that they already charged me for. I did call and file a complaint after the third consecutive occurrence, and was told the manager of the store would be in contact. Never received any communication from said manager. I ordered from them one last time, and without surprise, they left out the two extra sauces that we were charged for. Save your money and frustration and order something else from a more reliable venue that cares about customer satisfaction.

THIS LOCATION RECEIVES NO STARS: I am APPALLED at the attitude of your manager at the Crosstown location. She gave her name as, Linda. I stopped for a four-​way stop at the intersection of Crosstown Drive and Peachtree Parkway. Your delivery employee, Mitchell, was broken down in the left turn lane, flashers on, windows down, smoke and/​or steam coming from the front of his car. It is OVER 100 DEGREES here today, in Peachtree City, Georgia. I asked if I could help, if I could give him a lift. He smiled and politely said no thank you. I don’t know if it is company policy, your employees NOT take a ride, but, if it is, Mitchell follows the rules. It may also be as simple as an unwillingness to leave his car. I can’t say I blame the kid… I asked if he’d called anyone, he said he didn’t have his phone with him. I offered to call someone. He gave me the store number, I asked for the manager, and Linda said it was she. I introduced myself, and let her know I was with Mitchell, his car was broken down, and he didn’t have his phone. DEAD SILENCE. I asked if someone could maybe come get him. «Uh, NO…» MAJOR ATTITUDE, followed by: «Did he get his order delivered? Ask him if he got his order delivered». WHAT? Not ONE BIT OF CONCERN FOR HER EMPLOYEE. Sales are one thing; PEOPLE ARE MORE. I will NEVER order from that location again. Know this: I’ve lived in this community for over twenty-​five years. WORD TRAVELS FAST. Her attitude/​behaviour is despicable.

This papa johns is better then most. I the pizza just tasted better then the papa johns in Athens Georgia. I feel like they don’t cut any corners when making it here and the papa johns in my home town must.
