Always a pleasure. A beautiful store. Friendly and helpful staff. Most of all, HONEST. Can’t tell you how many jewelry stores sell you crap from a catalog with a mark up. Been a repeat customer for years. Lost of custom work and excellent at working with you. I come casually dressed in a late model car. and never once feel like I’m being judged. Which is a good think because I’m usual ready to purchase big. In short, a great store, friendly staff, has stayed late to accommodate a hectic schedule around the holidays and helped me delight my wife repeatedly. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

My fiancé is a lot of wonderful adjectives including smart: he let me pick out my ring. I love the vintage reproductions by Whitehouse Brothers and found some of the designer’s retailers on the WB website. Staff members at a couple stores in the Atlanta area responded to my inquiry with varying degrees of unhelpfulness: «Nope, we don’t have any Whitehouse Brothers in stock, but we can ship some designs in for you at $ 20 per ring.» or «No, but you can come look at our other merchandise.»
Immediately upon my first exchange with Julie at Mucklow’s Fine Jewelry, I knew I had scored an outlet for amazing and warm customer service. She contacted Whitehouse Brothers to ask about the specific designs I fell in love with on the website and also pulled vintage-​inspired settings from the store’s current inventory.
I soon became obsessed with an intricate Gottlieb & Sons filigree setting as well as a beautiful ideal cut diamond that fell within the appropriate price point. My fiancé took over from there and experienced the same kind and informed service as I.
Traveling to Peachtree City a few times was worth it, as Julie helped me find a ring that I will adore and gaze at for the rest of my life.

I had my watch band adjustment here, they did a great job and I was out of the store in less than 15 minutes. However, the adjustment was not free, but $ 10. Still a reasonable price considering how quick they took care of it and any future adjustments with this watch will be free.

Great place to do business. Got a gift watch from wife, and they removed the links as a courtesy. My wife did not get the watch there. Great service. Great staff.

I had a great experience with this jeweler. My father was upgrading my mother’s engagement ring with a larger stone for their anniversary and wanted to have a custom necklace created to use her original diamond. So a friend recommended Mucklow’s because that’s where her engagement ring came from (which is also gorgeous by the way).
So, I went down to Peachtree City, which is not a bad drive from downtown and met Mr. Mucklow and his staff. They were able to create a custom charm for my mother’s original engagement diamond and she loves it! In fact, she’s worn it every day for the last 4 years.
My bf and I plan on visiting their newly expanded bridal showroom soon!

I am not a jewelry person but this establishment seems very friendly. They were very patient when my husband and I picked out our wedding rings and even helped us order rings that they no longer carried in stock. They were helpful in getting the right size for my husband even though we had to reorder his ring several times. They made sure we were satisfied with the final product. This is a family run establishment and it shows, they are caring and the atmosphere is much nicer than those commercial jewelry places.
