I would give it a 1.5, but this is solely because my prescription was wrong. The staff that greeted me and set my appointment were nice enough, but I came to see a doctor over a year ago and returned a few times because the trial pair of contacts didn’t feel right to me. After the 3rd pair I thought maybe it’s just because I’m trying all these new brands and stuck with the one I originally wore, hoping the strain would go away. Keep in mind I’ve gone to another Pearle Vision location for the past five years, but decided to try this location because I was in the area at the time. BIGMISTAKE. Turns out, when I returned to the original Pearle Vision for my new prescription – because my eyesight got worse within a year– the doctor found out that my refraction wasn’t as steep as what this doctor in Peabody had prescribed. So I’ve been wearing the wrong prescription for a whole year! ARGGH. I should’ve gone with my gut and went back to my original doctor when I kept feeling something was wrong after coming to this place.
