Na Hoku

I’ve always walked past this store in the mall and admired the beautiful colors and designs of the jewelry. It was no surprise my fiancée decided to buy my engagement ring here! I created a Unilocal account just to write this review because the service we received here was beyond superb.
Firstly, he kept raving about how wonderful the staff was. They were extremely kind and helpful. The customer service alone would make us recommend this store to others. They remembered him when he called, and he felt like their most important customer. It felt like a small family business.
Secondly, my fiancée wanted a custom design, and needed it before our vacation so he could propose while we were abroad. They helped him get it made and delivered in time.
Thirdly, the ring needed to be re-​sized after the proposal! The factory did a beautiful job, and I can’t imagine a more beautiful ring! I will be shopping at Na Hoku for more beautiful jewelry in the future. Thanks to everyone at the Peabody location who helped give us something very special.
