I think this place is a glorified Kohl’s style store in the following sense… I get tons of e-​mails a week alerting me to the new sale is going on, etc. There is always some deal going on in this store. Always! If you ever pay full price you are doing yourself a disservice.
I have shopped at the store in Salem, NH which is fairly new and the salesperson and alteration marker was so high on himself as he said his family has been in the men’s suit business in NY for his entire life. Yet, when I went to pick up my clothes almost a MONTH after the promised date they were all mis-​altered. The manager, a nice female was appalled at the way the clothes came out and some were redone while others required her taking new pants off the rack and tossing or donating the butchered ones. This time, the alterations were sent out as the store was so new they didn’t have a tailor and had the seamstress from the North Andover store come to Salem once a week.
It was a complete nightmare of an experience!
