Don and his son Don Jr are good people, Don Jr didn’t mind giving me some advice after I had bought a lot of repair parts for my Arien’s snow blower, I had difficulty figuring out an issue with my auger belt he was nice enough to spend five minutes telling me what the problem might be and I was able to fix it myself. People complain about the girls at the counter being cranky, just go in there and ask for one of the Don’s or talk to a service guy. By the way the snow blowers at Home Depot are not as good as the ones for sale at the dealer.

Bought a Snow Thrower from Home Depot and Don’s was the company they subcontracted to put together and deliver. When delivered the manual was not with it. Called for it and when she asked if it was theirs and I said no Home Depot I was treated poorly. She said to call Home Depot, which I did they referred me back to Don’s. I finally spoke to Arien’s and they are sending me the manual. I know I could have just downloaded it but it would be in 50 pages rather than a bound manual and I paid for a service that was not delivered. Very disappointing since we thought giving business to a local company would give you better service… in this case we were wrong!

I was looking for someone to fix a machine i asked the owner he said bring it in we will see if it can be fixed… they were able to fix it ive told dozens of people to go there with there lawnmowers and snowblowers with great luck i did see that people were bringing in there snowblowers and wanting then fixed like yesterday people have to realize parts come from factories that ship everywhere and sometimes they run out of the parts. My answer to some problems make sure it works when you put it away and try it when the time is getting close. Problem solved.

Initial Impressions I bought an Echo Blower/Vac and dropped off an Echo Backpack blower for repair. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. Prices were reasonable. I shy away from Home Depot for serious equipment: good to have a local dealer that knows what they are talking about and offer service. Will see how the repair goes,.maybe they move to 5 stars!

Amazing Customer Service! These days every business wants to boast of great customer support, but this is only tested when a big problem occurs and you need help. Don’s shop was there for me on a few different occasions proving they really do care, taking your issues personally. Everyone that works at Don’s shares this work ethic. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

I have all of my power equipment serviced here, both brands they sell, and others. The people are helpful and friendly. I’ve received great service over a span of 7 years or so for the following items: Ariens lawnmower, Husqvarna snow blower and backpack blower, Mighty Mac walk-behind blower(Mackissic Inc.)
