I can agree with both comments posted. As a customer I can say that the Laundromat itself is much cleaner, much more appealing, and a few of the workers are very friendly. I do agree though that the owner is in the wrong business. I have overheard him complaining about money, degrading customers, and constantly complaining about how bad business is. I think a friendlier staff and less of trying to be in control would do this place wonders.
