I have been a customer of tonori heating and air for over 2years I just had electronical problem at my home and it shut down heater called tonori heating and he came right out on a holiday weekend and fix it within mins and he didn’t even charge me a good guy if I rated him 1to 5 it would be a 6 great thank you Robert and beverly

Another company came to fix my air conditioner for $ 600, but Bryan W. Tanori Air Conditioning Service and Repair came on the Fourth of July and diagnosed and repaired it for only $ 200. The service was fast, reasonably priced, and he was able to come on a nationwide holiday. I recommend giving this company a call before any high dollar one.

Our air conditioning when out during this latest heat wave. Bryan adjusted his work schedule and was at my home within an hour. He quickly identified the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. I recommend Bryan Tanori Air Conditioning to all.

I definitely reviewed too soon. Here I am 2 weeks and 5 phone calls later and still no new compressor valve.4 of my calls went to voice mail and the last one apparently caught him by surprise because I could hear the «darn why did I answer» tone as he talked over me with his 2-​step shuffle. Thought I had finally found a good a/​c guy but no. So disappointed.
8÷25÷14 Here I am another week later and still no Bryan. And his disrespect for this customer continues.

If I could give this man less than one star, I would! My AC went out and I searched for a local business to do the repair. I swear, these 5 star reviews must be fake! Bryan came out, told me the motor was bad, and replaced it. He assured me it was working properly. I left for a medical appointment, and when I returned, it was not working. I called and left a message. No return call. The next morning, I called again. Bryan called back and said he would be at my home by 11:00 am. He never showed. During the day, I called several more times. The business number indicated «voice mail full». And there was no answer on his cell number. By the end of the day, I was ready to put a stop payment on the check, but he had just gone to the bank and cashed the check… $ 405 for a non-​working AC!
The next day, I called another company to come out. The technician explained that Bryan had not wired the motor properly, thereby shorting out my Nest thermostat rendering it useless. There was even a wire that was not connected at all! I now needed to purchase a new thermostat, in addition to having the motor properly wired. This other company performed a thorough inspection of my entire HVAC system and changed out all this filters, cleaned all ducts, furnace burner, etc. All this for $ 248! And that comes with 4 times a year service and inspection! No charge for the service call either!
Trust me, DO NOT CALL BRYAN TANORI!

My wife and I just had a baby and we knew hot weather was on the way. I had not used the ac all season but as far as I knew it had been working up until the last time it was used. As I went to turn it on I noticed after a few minutes the air wasn’t getting cold, not thinking much of it I went outside and realized my unit had yet to come on. I didn’t even have to think about it, I called Brian up because he has earned a reputation around town for his professionalism and quick response time. Brian came out the next day and gave me the sad diagnosis that my unit from 1992 had finally died. Oh well things don’t last forever, right? We both knew that the following day was going to be in the hundreds and with that knowledge Brian got right on it, ordered and installed that same day and eventhough he had other customers he still came back and stayed until nine o clock at night to make sure we had ac the following day. You can really tell he makes his customers a priority and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Afterall why would I? The guy’s local! Thanks again Brian

My AC just went out yesterday, I called Brian and he came right out! He was on my roof and within 10min he had found that the electrical box on my AC was melting because whoever installed the unit 2.5 years ago did not tighten it properly. He said that this issue is exactly what starts home fires cause by AC units. He was fast, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Brian!

This weekend our AC wasn’t working correctly, not cooling. My husband got home from work yesterday and searched the internet for someone local. He came across Bryan and gave him a call. Bryan stopped by same afternoon on his way back into town from his last job. Bryan gave us two different options for repairing or replacing our current unit and up front about pricing and warranty. We choose to pay a little extra for the new unit. Bryan was at our door this morning at 9AM to replace our AC unit. He got the job done quickly and left behind the information for our warranty and explained it all before leaving. He answered all the questions I had and was excellent all around. I am happy to know we have found our local AC guy for any of our home needs. He left me with a chilly house and a great experience. Bryan is local for us but he does travel so call him for your AC needs!
