Very good pizza. The meals were good for a predominately lunch take out spot. I am sure if I had the dinner at the location the food would have been better. The Calamari tasted great and was not rubbery.

If you’re looking for great pizza or Italian food than look no further than Pepperoni grille — this place is awesome! I’ve eaten here pretty much once a week ever since the new owners took over a couple of months ago and have yet to have a single complaint. Everything is absolutely delicious, fresh and the portions are legit. From a regular slice, to a chicken parm hero, to a plate of penne a la vodka, you can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. Try them out and I trust you will have nothing but an excellent and satisfying meal.

This is my favorite pizza place around here. The pizza is great plus they have tons of healthy options for salads, paninis or wraps. If you’re stopping for a slice they only have plain, Sicilian or grandma slices. Call in and pick up or get whatever you want delivered.

This is not for the Patchougue location but the new Miller Place location. They get 4 stars on the merit of the manager named Billy. He took what would have been a bad experience and made it right. He took the time out to call me and make a genuine attempt to understand to my problem and went above and beyond to make it up to me. I will be trying this place again simply because I know they care enough to make it right if it’s wrong. THats good customer service.

I got food poisoning from here last night. I was violently ill for almost 12 hours. Never eat the Pasta E fagoli! It didn’t taste right, it came cold like the rest of our food. So I only ate a few bites. That was enough to make me so sick! The sickest I have ever been in my life. Absolutely horrible. I never want to eat Italian food again!

Pizza sauce is nasty. Way too much sugar. Disapointing in all aspects. Harlic knots were nicely done

We’ve gotten from here a few times with little hassle, but today they all must’ve been trying to do their worst. We ordered a pie, they said 45 minutes. An hour later we called and the girl that answered the phone said it was ONITSWAY. I live an exit away, so it is a 10 minute drive with some traffic, if that. We called a half an hour after that and I said I’d like to cancel our order. What does the girl do? She puts the phone down. She doesn’t hang up, but she puts it down. I hear all of the background noise and I actually hear her take another phone call on a separate line. I waited a few minutes thinking maybe they were overrun, but I heard casual talk as well with coworkers. Completely unacceptable. There is plenty of competition around here, so we will be getting from elsewhere from now on. Edit: The delivery guy came here and explained the situation that the girl wrote down the wrong street, although we have ordered from there before without incident. He was very kind and helpful, and said that the pizza was free(they even made a 2nd one so it was fresh). It doesn’t help that the girl on the phone wasn’t helpful, but it sheds some light on the situation. I put it up to 3 stars from 1 star.

Great food, the order was correct and delivered extremely quick. I will definitely order from them again.

Ordered a regular pie, 1 with Roni and a dozen knots. I can honestly say this is by far the worst pizza I have ever had in the state of NY!!! 7Eleven has better pizza!!! The sauce was clearly from a jar, the cheese was just barely melted and tasted like it sat in a refrigerator uncovered for days & the knots, that’s just what they tasted like A KNOT of burnt dough!!! The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars and not 1 is because my sprinkler got the driver wet and I felt bad for him. I will never eat from here again!!!

90% of the time you can’t go wrong with a regular pie here. Only once did I pick up a pie and was really well done. I do have to say that they use a lot of oil in there sauce and if you don’t like that, it may be an issue for you.

Food is delicious and the menu is terrific but the place is run by tweens with no accountability. I probrably order once a week because the food is that good but the service will make you nuts if you lack patience. Every other order is screwed up.

I have a few close friends who work here who will remain nameless. I order from them sometimes and in all honesty I won’t anymore. I ordered food for two people and it ended up being pretty expensive for a local pizza place and it took so long I called them up and the girl who answered the phone blamed the delivery person. When the delivery person came to my house, it turned out to be my friend and I asked them what happened and he told me they didn’t even finish making my food until after I called back. They openly said their company sucks and no one takes charge of the place. The food I ordered was soggy and overly sweet. The only things I’d suggest to order from here is garlic knots and bread.

I order at least 1x a week! love my personal pies and I always get exactly what I want! Love the extensive menu. even though a little overwhelming at times. The only thing I wish was when you just go there to get food, that there are more options!

Food is okay basic pizzeria but the service is horrible was more interested in socializing then taking my order… my order was completely wrong and when I called to complain I was given and attitude and was told that he makes more money in a day then I do in a year. That had nothing to do with my order and was completely uncalled for never returning to this establishment again they don’t deserve my hard earned money

Please keep in mind my review isn’t solely based on the food, I am bringing location into it as well, there’s nothing around here except for Domino’s etc(ew). As usual our delivery order was delicious and well made. This place is take out only, which is fine because if I’m eating such an offensive amount of food, I’ll gladly do it in private. The salad pizza is my favorite thing here, but I’ve never been disappointed regardless of what I’ve ordered off of the MASSIVE menu! Do yourself a favor and keep in mind they are on the slower side of delivery, but they always give an accurate time so whatever.

Food is good but the service really has done it for me. I hate it when I call for an order and when I get there to be told they don’t have any left. Then I have to wait for them to make me something else. How bad is it when a pizza place runs out of SAUSAGE??? Its not like its one if the more popular ingredients you would expect to use. This and the delivery issues we have… there are just other places to spend my hard earned money. I even told them about the problems we felt and just got a shrug.

After reading the reviews we decided to try this place because we were close by. The Food was ok. Not great. Ordered pizza and the garlic knots. The garlic knots were doughy and the pizza was not hot even though we requested to have it heated well. We heated it up in the oven. They did put a lot of pepperoni on the pizza to my daughters delight. But eh, probably won’t go back. Customer service was ok.

Best grilled chicken… EVER! Whether you order it in your pasta. on a salad. in a wrap. or just straight up. really just delicious. No other place compares. Delivery is def super slow and the chic who takes the order over the phone needs to be a bit more patient. Good spot but not if you’re in a hurry or super hungry. :)

If you want to try a REAL-LIFE New York Pizza, come here. On our way to the airport and we were running behind just a bit, as per normal. We had just stopped off at my Aunt Ann’s place in Patchogue to say our good bye’s(don’t worry, we’ll be back next October!) and Fion insisted we try at least one New York pizza before heading home. This was not an outlandish request, considering we had been in NY for a whole week(including two jaunts into the city) and not yet had a good slice of pizza. For those in the know, the authentic stuff is thin crusted, cheese pie only, and bubbly hot and fold-able. Calories? Fuhhgettaboutit! So while getting ourselves settled in the car for the ride back to JFK, we quickly UnilocalED the local area since closeness was definitely a perk at this point. We liked what we saw regarding Pepperoni Grill and noted it was only a block away: SCORE! Off we went. It was raining and cold and we were all hungry and slightly damp. When we got there Aaron ran inside to order a whole pie for us. Rich went next door to the deli to pick up a few drinks, and we sat in our car to wait. The place itself is tiny and in a small strip mall, easily overlooked if you don’t know it’s there. Trust me, go check it out. It’s all take out and delivery(which I would totally appreciate if I lived nearby) and the fact that there wasn’t any dine in didn’t bother me in the least. As we waited in the car only a few minutes seemed to pass(it was more like 7 or 10) but the counter guy very charmingly brought the hot pie out to the car for us. I mean the thing was STEAMING! He warned, «Just out of the oven! Be careful!» And he wasn’t lying. The cheese was bubbly and melty and molten. And delicious. The crust was thin, not overcooked but just crispy enough without breaking your teeth. The sauce was not overpowering but just right and with the right amount of sweet basil flavor coming through, I noticed! But the cheese is king here, and the melted mozzarella on this pie had my daughter in law pronouncing«MoTZArella!!» like a pro, complete with rolled r’s. Word of warning, don’t burn yourself. In the 40 degree weather the pie cooled off rapidly but it didn’t matter. We had it eaten in record time during our drive to JFK. Best NY pizza ever. Go check it out. NOW! :D

A tiny little to go pizza joint. They deliver, the staff is friendly and takes the Pizza biz seriously, very seriously. I heard them talking Pizza the whole time I was there. The takeout order was a large Pie ½ Pepperoni. Opened it up at home– This is of the messy variety. I do like structure to my slice it’s hard to eat when it’s messy but it’s a sign of a lot of cheese. The namesake pepperoni wasn’t that special and I was taken back by the minimal usage of aforementioned Pepperoni. Overall a great tasting Pizza. Well rounded and balanced taste sweet, herbal, hearty sauce. Good quality cheese, tasty crust. definitely my local favorite. The price was a couple bucks more but it’s a better quality. I’ll be back and would recommend.
