This winery was recommended from a server from another winery, because I told them how much I love sweet wines. Their wine was delicious and hit the perfect spot for people who don’t like dry wines. My favorite of their wine was the second to the last option. It was the perfect blend where it wasn’t too sweet or too dry and it was super smooth when drinking. To buy a bottle here is a little pricy but we ended up buying the second wine option which won the 2011 gold medal award. Our wine pourer/server was(we think) the father of the wine maker himself which it was really nice to know that this was a small business. He was very informative about what we were drinking. They have a nice pond area and little frogs hopping everywhere which was really cute and a nice scenery. There is also a walnut butter/oil stand in the same building and their Walnut oil was so delicious and they had this sheep milk gouda cheese that was to die for.

I chose this place because my husband loves port and he wasn’t disappointed! They pour five different ports and they were all delicious! They are co-located with another winery and also with a walnut seller that had amazing walnut oil and walnut butter! A must-stop for sure!

It just doesn’t get any better than this! First of all the Ports are incredible, the hospitality as warm as the day was and the passion of the owners, Jeff & Kim shine through in the experience they provide with the tasting, truffle and/or cheese pairing at a seated bar, barrel tasting when available and we even got to participate in an open top punch down. Fun, delicious and educational; we’ll be back for more soon!!! thanks guys, we sing your praises to the moon and back!

Oh my Goodness Oh my Goodness. This is a small family owned & operated Port Winery and let me tell you this is AWESOME. Samantha has served us the three times we have been there and she really knows her stuff. I had to join their club so good.

Love Roxo Port! We are club members and stopped by on a day of wine tasting with the whole family in November. Everyone was so accommodating and we loved every minute of tasting the port as well as being able to get a tour of the cellar. They are a great team and it’s one of the only 2 wine clubs that we’ve joined. Absolutely amazing port. So delicious. Writing this review now makes me want to pour myself a glass(at 2:12pm on a Monday)…

Soooo excited we visited Roxo Port Cellars. I am a port lover and my husband enjoys port from time to time. Needless to say, this is the best port I’ve ever had! All their ports were light and flavorful. I only had five to choose from, needless to say the decision was so difficult I just joined their wine club. Nicole Price was knowledgeable and very personable. I would highly recommend Roxo to any port lover.

We love ports and after trying to find Roxo for a few years we were so happy to find them settled where they are last year. We visited them again this year because we needed more port of course! Their ports are delicious. Perfect on a cold night, perfect with a slice of cheesecake, perfect on their own. They are a little expensive, but so good.

This is one tasting I just love!!! First of all, the Paso Mélange is amazing! I love the sweetness with a slight honey finish, just delicious! The two times I’ve been in with friends for tastings, we’ve loved it. I love that they pair one with dark chocolate, insisting that you sip first, taste, take a bite of chocolate, and sip again. the difference is astounding. Ports are relatively inexpensive. I usually get a small bottle of the Paso Mélange and it’s around $ 20. For an after-dinner/with dessert sipper, it’s great and inexpensive.

I am a port fanatic so we had to stop here. My wife and I both enjoyed the port, had a great conversation, bought some chocolate covered walnuts to go with the port and walked out with three bottles. They have a nice selection of port to cater to different tastes.

Nice wide variety of ports. Some of the ports were bright and fruity(not bogged down by thickness), while others tasted like raisins and rum. This place really has a nice variety of ports for different tastes. I highly suggest you give them a try and see if you can find a port that suites you. I bought a couple bottles and I will be back…

Very nice spot if you are a port and chocolate lover. I’m personally not much of a chocolate lover but the pairings were pretty good and I love ports. I could have sat there and drank a whole bottle of port by myself, but then I’d have to spend the night. They share the building with another winery, really don’t remember what their name was; but it felt a little awkward completely ignoring them while enjoying Roxo Port so much lol. We just got so caught up into the tasting, sorry other guys.

At Roxo the wines were delish and Candice enticed me and most of my group into not only purchases, but wine club and promises to visit at minimum twice a year. Welcoming and personable she was as well as the other lady, yet even with that being said the ports spoke for themselves. Love!

At Roxo Port the mix varietals to end up with delicious blend ports. The Ruby is my favorite Port ever. It is a little lighter and not as syrupy as some other ports. My husband and I found all Roxo Ports to be delicious! Think about their wine club. They have a lot if exciting things on the horizon. A White Port is in the future! Exciting!

We hit Roxo’s this weekend on a wine-tasting tour with friends. Their ports are all fabulous! And our host, Karin, was an absolute gem. We arrived late in the day on Saturday, but she delayed closing up so we could pour for us. She didn’t rush us through the course, either, but took the time to educate us on each port’s background and ideal pairings, too. She made this stop a stand-out, and we left with a lot more port than we might have otherwise. Thanks, Karin! Hope your ride was as fabulous as our visit was.

If you haven’t liked dessert wines in the past, I would still recommend giving Roxo a shot. They make their Ports in a more traditional style and, unlike most late harvest wines you’ll find on tasting lists, the grapes they use are not an afterthought. What I love about their wines is that each one has a distinct flavor profile. I get so tired of late harvest Zinfandels that just taste like sweet prune juice. Roxo has a great amount of variety with their Ports and they make helpful pairing suggestions. The Petit Syrah Port and the Negrette Port are my personal favorites. By the way, these people are SONICE. The owners are fantastic and their staff, Karin and Candace, are always friendly and helpful. So down to earth and happy that you’re there. Their location is really convenient on the corner of Vineyard Drive and Peachy Canyon, so you can hit them up for dessert on your way back to town. The only problem is that you might not want to leave!

I visited Paso Robles with my boyfriend a couple of weeks ago and tasted some of Roxo’s ports at a wine bar on the main street. We loved their wines! Each of us bought a bottle, but unfortunately his bag broke and the port didn’t make it :( Yesterday, I went on Roxo’s website to order him a replacement bottle. It was so easy! I got an email confirming that someone would be there to sign for the package, so I changed the shipping address from his home to his office. It was shipped the very same day! I just got a confirmation email from UPS showing that it was received. I couldn’t be more pleased with Roxo’s customer service and their ports are even better!
