Pure A Hair Lounge & Color Bar

Talented stylists. Excellent at hair color/​highlights. Beautiful interior.
I needed a color correction and haircut the day before yesterday – badly. I’d colored my hair myself (twice, oops) and nothing good had come of it. I saw Pure while in downtown Paso and the outside/​décor I could see through the windows reminded me of the places I like in San Francisco, so later that afternoon I gave them a call.
First of all, they fit me in THAT DAY. Seriously? That is amazing. No one does that, and at 4pm … for an appointment that went until 9pm. It was a long process, but *so* worth it. I ended up with a full head of beautiful just-​subtle-​enough medium highlights that made it look like I never messed my hair up in the first place. Also, they weren’t mean to me about coming in with less than stellar hair (as some places are).
Roya was my stylist, and I will definitely be returning to her for color as long as she is at Pure /​in North County. Like I said, totally transformed my hair for the better. Highly recommended.
By the way, the cost for a full head of highlights and a great haircut (she gave my exactly what I asked for and took her time getting it just right, which I appreciate) was completely reasonable.
