I’ve been to this location 3 times in as many years and consistently found it have truly unimpressive food to say the least. The chicken is bland tasting, fairly tough and the teriyaki sauce unremarkable, the yakisoba lacked flavor as well. I will say the amount of rice and noodles offered were substantial but amount of chicken was not. It’s hard to screw up grilled chicken but somehow they managed. I gave this restaurant a fair try but won’t be back.

This place was busy and I’m in shock why? The fried pork rice was burnt with a burnt flavor. The chicken teriyaki was bone dry and over cooked. Even pouring sauce on it wouldn’t help. Never going back! Waste of $

Today I went to the Teriyaki Grill on Road 68, and so far, I’m impressed. When I first walked in, the place was clean and neat, and the cashier was nice and polite. The menu was in an odd place, underneath glass in the front, but it was orderly and very legible, so I didn’t mind too much, but I do wonder what will happen at lunch and dinner rushes. I got the chicken teriyaki, dark meat, with a water for a reasonable price of 6.29, lunch price. The food was hand served at around 10 minutes, give or take. The chicken was tender and flavorful, not to rubbery, and went well with the white rice. People coming in after me were immediately greeted before hey could close the door, and were helped immediately. The vegetables were good, not too much of cabbage or broccoli, but just the right amount. Good service overall, and I will definitely come back again!

I travel with my 11 year old son for Hockey, Soccer, and a little for baseball, and we search for the best Teriyaki everywhere we go. This place is the closest to our home, and sadly is at the bottom of our list. I have occasionally gone here(3 – 4 times in last 3 years), and it has been a let down every time. Price is average with others in 3 state area, but quality is worse than most. Our favorites are in The Seattle area, a couple in the Portland area. I also rate Woo’s on G.W. way much higher. Meat has always been tough here, teriyaki sauce is pretty good, and the«salad» is tasteless steamed cabbage… horrible. You will get lots of rice, lots of «salad», and not alot of dry dark meat… This is my final try for this place, and thus my review… just not worth it. Panda across the streets Teriyaki with white rice will now be my regular for quick meal teriyaki that is o. k… Sad to see someone put out food, and not try do do the best they can…

This has been by far the worst dining experience my husband and I have ever had in the Tri-Cities. Our first clue that this is a place to avoid should’ve been the complete lack of other customers and take-out phone orders. This was despite our stopping in during normal lunch hours when other restaurants on Road 68 were doing plenty of business. Our second clue was the obvious fact that the two employees just. didn’t. care. Tables from long-gone previous customers were still unbussed and filthy while both employees lounged around looking very bored. When we walked in, they merely stared at us blankly — no greeting, no «please seat yourself,» no acknowledgement whatsoever other than an unwelcoming stare and uncomfortable silence. The food took 25+ minutes to arrive, during which the server/greeter sat at the front counter doing absolutely nothing except talking with the cook. When our food was finally ready, she piled our teriyaki plates on the gross-looking bussing cart to bring them to the table. Only then did she make any attempts to try to clean the dirty tables that surrounded us. And the food? Terrible and not worth anything close to what they charge. We ordered the beef teriyaki, which was overcooked, tough, and tasted like it was just reheated frozen meat. The«stir fry veggies» promised on the menu turned out to be a pile of boiled cabbage, a few slivers of carrot, and one tiny stem of broccoli. Extra teriyaki sauce was served cold in a syrup pitcher, which was appropriate — it tasted way more like pancake syrup than any sort of acceptable teriyaki sauce. I simply can’t recommend this place by any stretch of the imagination. If you’re looking for a good teriyaki experience in the Tri, you’d be better off heading over to Sushi Mori, Woo’s, or Bento instead.

This place is excellent. The owners are nice, the portion sizes generous, and the food is very fresh. We had the Bulkogi and Pork Fried Rice. I would highly recommend either. The interior is sparse but clean. The friendliness and efficiency of the owners definitely make this a fun place to dine. We will be back.

We have eaten here several times and found the food average. Average not in a bad way. It’s tasty; the quality of meat is decent; and the service is fairly quick. We typically do take away at the drive through but the servers are nice. I equate this place with any of the myriad of fast food joints on Road 68. And as this place is family owned and run, it definitely gets an edge over Panda or any other quick service restaurants. We typically get the bulgogi/«Bulkogi» beef and either the pork or the white meat chicken. The teriyaki sauce is sweet but not overly so, but its a bit on the thin side. Finally the side of vegetables are cabbage heavy, but I happen to like cabbage quite a bit. And there is a faint seasoning on the veggies that’s nice. They are often over cooked but this time they were still firm. All in all, I don’t expect a full service Asian restaurant rather a quick bite when we are too tired to cook and don’t want junk.

Miso soup hot and good. Chicken & Steak entrée so disappointing. Nothing was hot. Meat was tough and tasteless. Vegetable side was cold boiled cabbage with slivers of carrots. Huge helping of plain white rice. I saw a couple of people pour cold teriyaki over the rice from syrup dispenser on the table. Restaurant was uncomfortably cold.

The chicken beef and pork combo was horrible. The beef and pork was way over cooked and the chicken was undercooked. I will not return.

Ordered dark meat and received dry tough white meat. Teriyaki sauce was tasty, good thickness. Lima beans in fried rice, who does that?

Clean, fast service(although appetizers came out halfway through the meal), and well done teriyaki food. I preferred the teriyaki chicken to the steak. If you’re looking for something outside the usual road 68 fast food fare this is a great choice!

Probably my favorite place to eat. The one on RD68 especially. I always get the beef Teriyaki. You can’t go wrong with that. The steak is always of the best quality. The help is friendly, and after a few times, they know you by name. I don’t know what kind of magic goes into making the Teriyaki sauce, but i wish they sold it in stores.
