Excellent egg drop soup. Good bar. Decent food but a bit pricey overall. Over the years the service has been hit or miss as far as time and efficiency. Perfect for take out.

Excellent service, as always, and great food, as always. I like to go in the late afternoon when it’s quiet and relax over a late lunch. Really enjoy trying something different each visit.

Came into have lunch today and sat in the bar to expedite service. Daniel was the server and we ordered food at 12:26 pm and at 12:58 we requested food to go because it had taken over 30 minutes and all we ordered were lunch entrees. The server, Daniel told me «we’re under staffed, not much I can do about it». Was very rude to me. I will not be back to PF Changs.

Really good! My first time at a Changs! I was impressed. We got the Changs for two. We tried both soups. The egg drop soup was better than the sweet and spicy. We got the chicken lettuce wraps for the app. That was my favorite part of the whole meal. We got the honey chicken and Mongolian beef. Both were really good and had leftovers! Lots of food. The dessert that comes with it was pretty good as well. Our waitress was pleasant. And boxed up our leftovers for us.

Food is always super yummy! Dim, calm atmosphere, I recommend the hot and sour soup for a starter. Prices are good for the amount of food you get.

We took our toddler with us here for dinner. I appreciated the complementary fruit cup that the server brought for kiddo. It helped him settle down before dinner was served. Salt and pepper prawns and Mongolian beef were good. We didn’t get one of the appetizers we ordered, and the other came after our entrees.

I remember PF Changs being better 3 yrs ago. 7 of us went last night and were disappointed. 2 of the adults got food poisoning, diarrhea all night, possibly from the lettuce wraps. Entrées are smaller and too expensive. There are other Chinese restaurants in Tricites that are much better. Our server seemed like he was competing, talking as fast as he ran.

When I’m in the mood for some modern asian I like to come here. Easy parking easy to find. I was out christmas shopping and had to take one of the littles to an allergy appointment so we were in town. Me and 4 kids but my server was nice and understanding.

only one other table taken during our visit. We waited 20 minutes for our NOT server to notice us waiting impatiently. We finally got drinks! Whoo! Waited another 10 minutes for our server to finally greet us. He said he didn’t «see us» honestly I don’t care what your excuse is. It’s unacceptable. I ordered the wonton soup it was tasteless. My son got the honey chicken which was dry. The lettuce wraps were a huge score for us. He gave me a free appetizer card for our next visit… if I were in that situation I would have comped something or at least discounted. Being unaware of your floor change is not my problem. You had one table besides us. The resturant was basically empty. i failed to mention and meeting of three employees that were taking place right across from us. Included the host that sat us, a manager and looked to be a new server for hire. Lack of leadership, care for guest and teamwork were displayed. We won’t be back.

Egg drop soup was great. Large Bowl was plenty for 4 people to split and get more than one serving. Firecracker shrimp always a fan of. Server was much better than my last visit to this location. Very attentive kept our ice teas filled. Kung Pao Scallops are really impressive. I can’t wait to go back next week.

Our kids always ask to go here, but we always end up with indigestion. We came on Friday night and my husband ended up with food poisoning(beware their sushi– specifically the Kaleidescope Roll). He called the manager to inform him this morning and all he said was a flippant«ok– we’ll throw all the rolls away!» Which is not a mature response. He was not offered condolences or any remuneration. Our family plans for the weekend as ruined and he has been in miserable pain all day. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning. Cannot trust the management; cannot trust the food.

I came here dressed in a sweat suit. Although others were dressed as «down» as I was, I couldn’t help but feel that I was a bit underdressed and should have dressed in better clothing. Elegant place. I ordered off the lunch men. I ordered the«pairing» thing where you pair an entrée(which for me was the Chicken Satay Skewers) with a soup or, I think… egg rolls or something. I paired it with Hot and Sour Soup. I expected the hot and sour soup to come out early, it didn’t, it came with the lunch. Oh well, whatever. The hot and sour soup broth was a little thicker than I’m used to, but still good. Also, it was the perfect combination of «hot» and«sour» for your taste buds. But on the spicy side, it was a bit bland for my taste. The chicken satay skewer was EXCELLENT! Chicken cooked just right, not too dry, not too uncooked. There was peanut coconut Thai sauce on the side. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the peanut coconut sauce was also EXCELLENT with the chicken and did what Thai sauces do, light up your tongue in a pleasant way. I will probably stick to lunches as the dinners looked pricey to me. Plenty of room to park the RV in the attached Columbia Center Mall, although you have to navigate a round-a-bout to get in on the Gage Blvd side…

We have been fan of P F Changs since we visited the place first time half a decade ago. Food has great flavor. Love those lettuce wraps.

I had the Mongolian Beef and the hubs had Lobster Fried Rice. Both dishes were ok, definitely in the need of some spice and flavor. Seems pretty expensive for flavorless Chinese fair!

When I first came to the Tri Cities, this place was my go to. Unfortunately today was a super disappointment. We ordered the bang bang shrimp and it came out awesome. We ordered the kids honey chicken and she seemed to like it. My wife had some sort of lettuce wrap thing, honestly I’m not sure since it’s something I typically wouldn’t get, but she liked it. I got the sweet and sour pork and everything was good up until the last bite which I thankfully cut into to discover super raw pork. Following that I took my kid to the men’s room to change him on the kids changing table. When I pulled out the changing table I found a wadded up, super dirty apron just chillin on the inside. I started to wonder if I was on some sort of hidden camera show. The waiter was nice and talked to somebody in the back, I guess management was MIA, after which we paid full price for a funky experience. I expect more out of a PF Changs but I noticed earlier that the parking lot was surprisingly sparse for lunch on the weekend. Now I know why…

I had a group of friends that I was visiting in the Tri-Cities and they decided on this place to for dinner, much to my obvious disapproval. We had a birthday in the group so sadly the birthday girl’s vote overruled everyone else. The service really was not too bad. Very friendly, quick, and somewhat knowledgable. We all did the two for under $ 40; so soup, appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert. They all got the hot and sour… talk about salty. No one liked it. I got the egg soup, much better decision. The crab wonton actually wasn’t completely disappointing. It was probably the highlight of the meal. If you’re going there, get that. They got the calamari, which was fairly uninspired. The entrees, oy! We had the spicy chicken, honey shrimp, and Mongolian beef… it literally seemed like they just bought a bunch of their own frozen products from the grocery store, added some more sauce to them and heated it up. What a disappointment across the board. We ordered fried rice for the table, and even that wasn’t that great. Then came the dessert. We got the tiramisu and wow, DONOTORDERTHAT! It was soggy and gross. No bueno! Then my friend got a free dessert for her birthday — a huge chocolate slice(chick loves her some chocolate cake) and she only had two small bites. She didn’t even want to take the rest home. We took the leftover rice home because it’s rice. Whatever. We left the leftovers out by mistake and my friends dog got into it… even he didn’t like the rice. Usually, if he gets into something food related, he’ll eat it all… but he didn’t finish it. So there is that… Overall, I would recommend going somewhere else. Find yourself a cute little Chinese dive spot owned by some actual Chinese people and hope for the best!

I’m a fan of PF Changs, whether I’m getting curbside pickup or sitting in their dining room, I always have a good experience. The food always tastes the same which is nice so I know what i’m getting before the food comes out. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is kept very clean. I gotta admit I was bummed out when they took the wok seared lamb off the menu.
