At sonic they say that they’ve got really good milkshakes and that they’re the best but I will never go back to get another milkshake the salted caramel milkshake tasted like theythrough the whole saltshaker into the milkshake! And the vanilla one didn’t even taste like vanilla honestly I have no idea what it tasted like because it was just horrible!

Normally, I get good service at Sonic. Tonight, not so much… Pulled in at 9:30, there was one car at the drive thru window and no one in pull-in parking spots. Hit the«Place your order» button And waited… and waited… and waited… after about 3 minutes we decided to get our late night grub on somewhere else. Sorry Sonic, better luck next time

Just had lunch here, not bad, my only complaint is they stuck my tater tots in the bag… on top of my chili dog therefore some of my chili and cheese was stuck to the wrapper. grrrr…oh and they need to offer bacon on their dogs… nuff said!!!

We love happy hour from 2 – 5! Half off beverages! Any time we go to Lowe’s, we have to stop in here! Also, their cups are magical! I left my beverage in my hot car and an hour later, it wasn’t watered down at all. The ice was still there! A miracle! My husband is fond of their shakes, but they’re not included in happy hour, unfortunately.

«Service with the Speed of Sound» Every since my Texas A&M days, I’ve been a fan of Sonic. Maybe it’s the car hops that sometimes wear roller skates and perhaps it’s just a reminder of a certain home town drive-in in Iowa. The burgers and shakes are pretty good too, although we’re a little short of being in the same league as «In N Out». This Sonic happens to be close the Hotel we were staying and during one Noon hour, the Kid was hungry. There’s also a Jack In The Box and McDonald’s in the area, but why not«go wild» as far as fast food goes? I ordered a double cheeseburger and a chocolate malt of which is promptly inhaled. It all looked good, the service was friendly, and I’m sure there will be more«Happy Eating» in my future.

Friendly, so very friendly. Fast, so very fast. And GOOD. I don’t normally get all ecstatic over a burger, but Sonic burgers really taste better. Right up there with a good Zip’s location. I love that you can put flavors in your drinks. And the skating carhop thing, that is just fun. I remember WAY back when, an A&W where I lived did that. When you are four or five and someone brings you your food on ROLLERSKATES, well that is cool folks. Again, this place is friendly. No sad misunderstood high schooler who can’t figure out why all the cool fun jobs are taken. These guys have good attitudes and work hard. Wanna give a shout out to Chris, the shift manager tonight. I swear it was like hanging with a friend I haven’t seen in years, but I never met the guy. Yeah, that friendly. Been to the Sonic in Kennewick. They do ok but I just think the crew in Pasco does a better job. Go the extra few yards, skip McYuck, and get you some Sonic.

When they first opened the Sonic(NOT«Sonics») in Kennewick I was ecstatic! I grew up on their Cherry Limeades back in Alabama and have missed them a lot. I was even more ecstatic when they opened one just a few hundred yards from my house. But alas, it hasn’t been the best experience, especially with the food. I’ll start off by saying that the drinks are great and probably the best part of the entire place. They’re just as good as I remember. I’ll also say that the food is sub-par. I mean, it tastes pretty good at first, but after a while you just start to feel… bad! All fast food sits like a rock in your stomach, but Sonic food sits like a four ton boulder in your stomach, making the experience none to pleasant. Take today for example; I ordered just a regular hamburger, Coke and onion rings. The burger was mediocre, but the onion rings were great. Afterwards I felt horrible though! The other slight against this place is service. The people ask like you’re giving them a test when you order at the drive through and they’re VERY prone to screw things up. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve screwed up a drink size, or an order. I WANT A LARGECRANBERRYLIMEADE! A LARGE!!! Anyway, while they do try to be pleasant(mostly), they make goofy mistakes too often. So my advice is this: Stick to the drinks and ice cream and you’ll do fine. Avoid the food unless you want to experience«unpleasant situations» later.
