I drive past this place every day to and from work, and today I finally tried it. I’m not sorry either, this place is GOOD. Maybe I wasn’t looking hard enough, but when I went to order I didn’t see prices anywhere, so I crossed my fingers, ordered a pork quesadilla and hoped I had enough cash on me. Luckily, it only came out to $ 4, and it even came with lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Cheap lunch. The quesadilla itself wasn’t huge or anything, but it was the perfect lunch size for me, and so yummy. I tried all three of their sauces(red, green, and habanero), and I can’t decide if I like the green or habanero better(the red seemed the least spicy to me, for those wondering). I’ll definitely be back.

I wandered Pasco last night in search of some authentic Mexican food, and I happened upon this taco truck — there are so many in Pasco, but I can tackle them one at a time I reckon. Mr. Taco was run by many people(I think I counted atleast 5 – 7 people in the truck!). I ordered a lengua torta, and two beef tacos. They have a big light outside. There was a line of people already there when I got there, and they have a canopied dining area outside. They advertised menudo on their window… I shoulda tried that… next time I guess. It would have been nice if they had a list of what they made, but everybody seemed to know what they want when they ordered… and I tried not to look like a gringo too much by asking what they made. I wish I could give this place 3.5 stars. I would give them 4-stars, but they were a bit slow for me. The food was excellent(I’m biased and like taco truck food though). Oh, never mind, I’ll give ‘em 4-stars.
