Best tacos in the tri-cities by far! Hand made tortillas are what make this my favorite taco truck. And the tacos are not all greasy like the rest.

This taco truck is one I have been frequenting many years. I like it because they make their tortillas per order with fresh corn masa. I like their carne asada tortas too. You also should try the quesadilla with corn not flower tortillas handmade with your choice of meat they come with slices of veggies avocados and Chile’s yummy.

Last night I felt like some taco truck food, so decided to explore(and kill three Unilocal birds with one stone – in other words, stop by three Pasco establishments during my trip). Tacos Tiscareño is in the parking lot of the Atomic Foods grocery, and they are both somewhat close to the Pasco downtown area on 4th St. Sadly, I don’t know much Spanish, but one thing which caught my attention here were the words: mano & tortilla, on their menu. I know enough to decipher this as probably meaning«hand-made tortillas». It’s on! I ordered a couple of lengua(tongue) tacos & a beef torta(then shopped around at Atomic). Now there were several other people waiting and arriving at Tacos Tiscareño while I was there, so I assume that’s a good sign. Sure enough the tortillas were handmade & they were thick and soft(just like how I like my women… aieee!) ;) There could have been a little more meat in them though because my last bites were a bit more tortilla than meat. The torta was adequate, but also had the lack of meat issue. Both menu items were good though. I’d probably give this truck about 4-stars, but I wish I could give them 4.5 for the hand-made tortillas.
