Florentyna’s Restaurant

I enjoyed the food and the service was great! I was not expecting much from an airport restaurant but definitely worth the stop… now I’m sleepy (after eating).LOL!

Who knew airport food could be this good? And this is before even going through security! Although the restaurant looks like nothing special, the menu is expansive! There was even a whole menu for asparagus specials… talk about gourmet! I ordered the prosciutto and asparagus flatbread which was great. Nice and fast stop before waiting for a flight!

We were waiting for our plane and decided to sit and have a drink. The waitress, Brenda, was extremely rude. She seemed annoyed that we were just having a couple drinks, rather than our whole party eating and having drinks. I had to ask each time I wanted my water filled, and even then she refused to fill anyone else’s glass. She did not even respond when we told her thank you and such after each time we asked to have more water. The establishment was not busy, so I found no reason for her rudeness.

Typically, in many of my travels, the restaurants in small airports leave a lot to be desired. But I had a couple hours to kill while waiting for a late-​arriving flight, and stepped in for a light lunch. Service, food quality, and drink quality (good coffee!) were all quite surprising! I had a Chicken-​Caesar salad which was very, very good; my associate tried to the salmon Caesar which looked even better. Judging by some of the other plates coming out to other tables, this might be a good place to stop in when looking for a local diner in Pasco… just ignore that you’re also at the airport.

Totally awful. Ordered a Tuna melt which was actually a tuna salad sandwich on toast. The tuna was so wet it had soaked through the bread. Husband ordered a chicken wrap, which was so dry he didn’t even eat it. Had to catch a plane so just paid the check but next time we’ll stop at a fast food place on Court St! Guess they stay in business because of the captive audience.

The food is good… the service is very slow. You would think a restaurant at the airport would have a little urgency, right? Not the case here. We arrived an two and a half hours before our flight and made it out of here 40 minutes before departure on Allegiant. If you’ve flown Allegiant in the past, you know you can’t be late to the gate.
If you eat at Florentyna’s, make sure you have plenty of time… because the good food is almost not worth the wait.

I went here a few times and did not like it. Last time I went, i actually told the waitress how unhappy I was, because every time i needed something, like to order, or to refill my tea with hot water, she was standing in the kitchen with her back to me, talking to the chef. But it wasn’t even that. the last time I asked for something, she turned when i said excuse me and looked at me and asked «can i help you with something?» as if it was weird i was asking the only waitress for something. The nachos I had ordered had no cheese on them, only maybe (I’m trying not to exaggerate) a quarter of a cup, mostly unmelted on top of lots of dry, old chips. I had sent it back once, nicely asking maybe they could nuke it for another minute until it melted please? I already at that point felt i was «Inconveniencing» the waitress although there where 3 other people there, tops. She went away and came back there was not much difference but the chips were a bit burnt. I am only giving two stars because for one you can see the air strip out these great big windows, which is the only reason i went back even once. For another, when i complained, the waitress told me she would not charge me for the nachos, so i forgave her a bit. I also tipped her, i’m not that horrible! But ya, the coffee and tea are awful, the food has not been good (the salad i had there was Wilt-​y) and so if i need to go back maybe i will get a coke. in a can…

Had dinner here before my flight and the food was decent. I had the fettuccine alfredo and was pleasantly surprised. It comes with a fairly large green salad. The place isn’t that busy so the service can get a little slow because it seems like they forget about you. Also, they have a convenient store as part of the restaurant so they have to attend to that too. The concept is actually great because you can sit and eat and grab what you need before jumping on a plane… bottle of wine, postcard, latte, key chain. I heard they validate parking but compared to other airport parking, $ 2.00 is a pretty good deal. I recommend this place if you have some spare time before your flight or are waiting for a flight to come in.

The food is not too bad actually its pretty reasonable just need to put a little salt and pepper and the flavor is there already. The only thing I dont like about the place is you need to pay for the Parking as well. The Restaurant should cover the parking fee.

I had a breakfast meeting here one time, and it is decent. I had a breakfast burrito.
