We Olive

Such a great addition to Old Town. This store is so unique and you can try all their products. The jalapeño olive oil is my favorite. I brought my parents/​aunts/​uncles to this store and they loved the products and the store concept. I walked by last week and they are closed for renovations. Can’t wait for them to reopen, I’m out of oil! You have to give this store a visit.

We were on a most fantastical date in Old Pas when we strolled in front of We Olive. We were drawn in by the tastings set up and of course the friendly and welcoming greeter.
We Olive has every flavor of oil you can imagine! Our favorites were the lemon and rosemary which you can use as a popcorn topping to avoid the butter… So delicious and the jalapeño infused oil was great too! Balsamic fig also a favorite.
Although we did not purchase anything this visit we will definitely be back!

My wife and I decided to We Olive, we were very curious about this shop they sell olive and olive products and including balsamic vinegar. All the Olive oil and balsamic vinegar grown and produce in California. My wife love balsamic vinegar very much she to taste wish balsamic vinegar she like. I enjoy it very much my wife and I brought a bottle of Balsamic vinegar.

I’m so glad we walked by and gave this place a try. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us and they were so helpful. Kudos for the excellent customer service. You basically walk around and try every single flavor olive oil and balsamic vinegar (because I sure tried enough with bread that I walked out full).
I also enjoyed their habanero jelly and apricot habanero. But I favored the jelly and purchased it. Their ginger caramel and chocolate sauce were amazing and I had to tell myself that I just have to say no (this time only). The only reason I had to say next time was because I already had 3 flavors and the jelly in my bag.
I decided to get the white peach balsamic vinegar, sweet enough but now overpowering to take away the balsamic flavor. I also got the basil olive oil and of course garlic olive oil; I can’t wait to go buy some bread and drown it in these.
I’ll be back again and I definitely would recommend people to try their samples and enjoy the flavors they offer. If you’re not too sure if you want the big bottles, they have smaller ones and will fill them with any flavor!

It was a Saturday night and my first time coming to this store. Upon entering, the staff greeted me with a smile and an invitation to direct any questions I may have towards them. I decided to peruse the beautiful olive oil canisters on display and try a handful of free samples. My tastebuds were pleasantly overjoyed! The owner (Ervin) even brought us samples of olives filled with various cheeses on the inside. Additionally, the staff and the owner were ready to make knowledgable recommendations for what I was looking for. I ended up buying a garlic and herb dipping oil as well as the organic meyer lemon flavored olive oil + the strawberry white balsamic vinegar. I can’t wait to use the latter to adorn my salads and jump start eating healthy for 2016!

This was THE BEST consumer experience ever. We found the store at 9:05 PM (five minutes after they had closed), and Ervin (the greatest guy ever) let us in to have a look around. He brought us samples, helped us craft a perfect gift, and was overwhelmingly nice and helpful. The olives we bought are DELICIOUS, and the sauces and olive oils are truly amazing, but the employees made all the difference. We can’t wait to come back!

Such a great place to come in and see the options there are for olive oil to enhance not only meals and bread but if you are a fan of baking like me or desserts the range of oils will bring your next meal to the next level.
The people inside are very friendly and informative with every selection and can point you in the right direction and show you something new.
I recommend the blood orange infused olive oil!

Ive been using olive oil in my cooking for as long as I can remember but I had never experienced such quality before walking into this store. The staff is knowledge and very helpful. I love that I can refill the bottles I purchase once they’re empty. I ended up purchasing a Christmas gift for my brother-​in-​law during my first visit. They have a great selection of gift sets! I recommend the jalapeño and basil oils as well as the limited holiday spice balsamic. Very delicious! Take your time trying all the flavors, there’s so many to chose from.

This place is so awesome! I love to cook, but the quality of olive oil can really make or break a meal. That’s why I LOVE this place. They have so many choices, you can truly find something for everyone. I can’t wait to go back and get more awesome oil and balsamic combos.

Shopping at We Olive was a true California experience! The set up allows you to taste and sample the products before you purchase them. The fruit-​flavored oils and vinegars are awesome!!! You can also bring back your We Olive empty bottles and refill with your favorite oils and vinegars for a much less per ounce price!

Blown away by this place! Free samples, great service. You can tell that the owners really care about presentation and quality products. Christine who works on the floor is a gem. I will be back for their spring wine bar opening for sure!!!
