Waffle House

I don’t know why the rating would be less than 4 stars for this place. I mean it’s not a 5 star restaurant, you come here for a few simple dishes. Service was good, food was prepared quickly (7 – 10 minutes). Granted I went there at 530 am, so it’s pretty dead in there. My experience w this place has always been good.

Waffle House is my go to place for breakfast or brinner (that would be breakfast for dinner). I have never experienced a problem at this location other than occasional screaming kid, which isn’t their fault. You might have to wait a little while longer when they are busy but thats to be expected at any restaurant. Their food is great and it fills you up. The staff is always really friendly and the guy who cooks our food always checks up to see if we enjoy it. You sit yourself if their is empty chairs; you don’t have to wait around. Best time to go, in my opinion, is later in the evening when there is no one else there! I recommend going sometime for breakfast with friends!

First of all we are weekly customers of Waffle House, this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. It’s been more than 3 weeks in a row that they get our order wrong. Last time they had to re-​do our order 3 times and still hand us a cold biscuit. This time we ordered our typical biscuit and eggs, and specifically asked them to be toasted more and they were still cold. The staff gets irritated when we ask for our order to be corrected over and over but they don’t get it right the first or second time. This location also has double the staff all the others do and still don’t satisfy there customers. We won’t be coming to this location anymore and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I used to be a Waffle House fan, but they seem to have changed. The food portions are much smaller than they used to be while the prices have gone up. I have had issues with this location as far as getting my order right as well. The management has been friendly to us about it, but I have not been there in months because the service can be really bad and the small food portions are just not worth it.

If you feel like you are in need to sit down and eat with the crack heads then this is your place to go, service was mah. There was a cook that has a tat by his left eye, he was the only one that actually asked how I was doing and if the food was good. The best service I had was his. Now his cooking was good also so mad props to you bro. Advice is to move on to bigger things. Advice to the hungry people move on to better places

Hands down the worst ran restaurant that I have ever been to. They had at least 10 employees behind the counter falling all over eachother, yet the place was absolutely disgusting. We had to ask for them to clean a table so we could sit down. When I asked who the manager was, my waitress pointed to a lady and said that she was the district manager. She was just standing behind the counter watching the employees run this place into the ground and not doing anything about it. She should definitely think about another career path as far as I am concerned. I will never go back to this waffle house again and knowing that this lady is the district manager, I will think twice about going to any of the waffle houses in the area.

Came here at noon on last weekend and had an All Star Special with a blueberry waffle. Store was clean, food was very good, friendly staff and fast service. Had a great time talking with a nice manager about the history of Waffle House. Really enjoy it so I decided buy 2 mugs as souvenirs!

Got a nice breakfast here at Waffle House. It was good at first but when I stayed there for atleast an hour. The atmosphere changes, there are some employees that lacks manners and very hard to communicate with.
The food was above of the expected taste. But I didn’t had a good time eating here because of those bad employees.

Went this morning and had to walk out. 2 people at only 1 table and we could not get waited on with 2 sitting and 2 standing around talking and 3 behind the counter, When we asked to get waited on their comment was they weren’t on the clock yet. It was 4 minutes to 7 am and I guess no one was working or the people we saw outside was the night shift. Either way it was pathetic. They have never had good service there but this took the cake so to speak.

Walked in and waited for 15 minutes. Several employees walked by and looked at me, but no service. What the hell?

Nicole was my waitress. This was the second time she waited on me. On both occasions she showed a remarkable lack of attention to detail. I eat at Waffle House’s all over, and am always pleased. This waffle house has good cooks and is always clean, but really needs to think about who they run out there representing their brand. I could not be more disappointed.

I had issues years ago with a Waffle House and now why. This location has been open maybe two months and my daughter talked me into coming here.
Limited food items. No french fries sold and they sell burgers. Go figure. All they have for potatos are hashbrowns. Don’t get me wrong, hashbrowns are good for breakfast, not with burgers.
We needed time to look at the menu, but our waitress Teri took almost 15 minutes to come back to se if we were ready. We were the only ones in the restaurant.
We had already atarted eating when the cook brought me more toast. He said he brought me more because the waitress had dropped one of my pieces of toast and she still put it on my plate. Glad he told me otherwise I may have eaten it. It is about next door to the Jack In The Box that wanted to feed me mouse droppings.
They burned my first waffle. Teri did come back and tell me. She is making another one and took 3 bucks off my bill.
My daughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they forgot the bacon. easily rectified. Both of us had hashbrowns, out side was pretty well to the point of being burned.
In all a negative 5 stars. I will never go to another Waffle House again. Would rather eat dog food out of a dog dish. :(X (

Very nice staff. The place was clean and the food was hot and good. We will return. 5 stars for a Waffle House!

This got high marks from me (on my Waffle House scale) for the friendly waitress and the cleanliness of the place. Of course, it’s the cleanest Waffle House I’ve ever been to because it’s brand new, but still. We were pleased. BF didn’t finish his grits because they had a funny taste to them, but my grits were good. My eggs came out over hard instead of the over medium I had ordered, but the grill cook hasn’t had very long to master his eggs I guess. It’s a Waffle House, so it’s inherently kind of awesome in that greasy diner kind of way. I’m psyched we have one so close to the house now! If we aren’t feeling the late night drunken buffet of shame at Skillets we’ll come here instead for the All Star.
