My hubby brought me to dinner at Texas Roadhouse for my birthday knowing I enjoy a good steak. We were met at the door by the hottest and immediately taken back to a quite little booth despite the restaurant being pretty busy. Our server came in greeted us quickly and we ordered drinks from the bar and our meals pretty quickly. Hubby got a 22oz beer and I got a mixed drink. It was delicious but tiny. I wouldn’t get it again because it was small. We both got the filet, a Caesar salad and baked potato. They brought these delicious little rolls with amazing cinnamon butter. Seriously the butter. I could bathe in, so so very good. Salad dressing was sub par at best but what do you really expect from steak place. And the baked potato was nothing spectacular. It was kind of cold and was left untouched. The filets were a perfect medium and juicy and delicious. To me Texas Roadhouse steak sauce was way to sweet but the steak was good enough to eat without. It was amazing and I loved it. The service was great and timely despite the place being very crowded. They didn’t bat an eye when my hubby asked for bread and cinnamon butter to go. My hubby told them it was my birthday and the brought me a saddle to sit on while the sang. To recap: cinnamon butter and steak

I loved Texas Roadhouse, I really did. But when I ate here, the next morning I had to go to the hospital for stomach pain and couldn’t stop hurling. All I had was a steak with shrimp and fries as a side, and ate the bread. The waitress was nice and bathroom was clean. But I don’t plan on going to another Texas Roadhouse again. Another expensive hospital visit? No thank you!

Where to begin? In simple terms, bad food, dry meat, long wait, the cook should go to school and learn his cooking temperatures. Slow service on top of it all, never coming back to this Texas Roadhouse.

We love this place! We had dinner here in New Year’s Eve and we were seated within five minutes. Our server was very knowledgable and made us feel at home. The biscuits are always amazing and our server kept them coming. My other half ordered the raspberry tea and it was a little too strong, but our server took care of us. We ordered the combo appetizer(boneless wings, rattlesnake bites & potato skins) it was just ok. The boneless wings were really good. We both ordered the critter dinner and a salad. I love roadhouses homemade dressings the Caesar is my favorite. Our critter dinner was huge for $ 10! We had enough leftovers for a meal the next day. Our server Robbie was amazing and took great care of us and we will definitely be back! Ps the bbq sauce is amazing as is the honey mustard! They should really think about dipping their wings in these sauces!

The appearance is about what you will get when you get inside. I have eaten at several other Texas Roadhouse stores and they were great and clean. The quality of the sirloin is first class however this one would get a zero for preparation. I ordered a sirloin cooked medium but it did not have a spot of pink in it anywhere. My wife ordered a chopped steak medium well and it came out blackened burnt. The baked potato she received looked and tasted like it was microwaved many times. They should be ashamed to bring out a plate that looked like that. The bathroom was anything but clean

This chain always delivers good, home style cooking. They get busy on the weekends, so call ahead. Steaks are always cooked perfect temperature. We’ve never had anything bad here. Great value for the money. Service is always super friendly.

Most definitely recommend it. The service was outstanding Natalie was an outstanding server. The only thing was the waiting at the front of the restaurant. Everyone is waiting infront of the door, other than that the food is very good and the service is great. Most definitely recommend the restaurant.

I was there yesterday between 4:30 and 6 and had a slight issue. The manager(a woman with dark brown hair) made everything better. Wish I had got her name. And that’s why TEXASROADHOUSE is my favorite. Steakhouse.

First time here to this place. My wife and niece have been to the location in Richmond Va and were very happy with the restaurant. All I can say is I am a fan too. From the how fresh rolls to the cheap bear to the delicious food and good prices Hey I am all in on this place. It is a ways down yarder from my home in the city but well worth the travel in the mini van to this place. Please bring an appetite. The have shelled peanuts available to eat at table side. My wife love the peanuts we really had a great time. Everyone really enjoyed their meal we had a blast just enjoying myself as a family and we decided that we will come back here again especially for the Peanut

Driest roasted chicken I’ve ever had! Only giving 3 stars cause hubby’s ribeye was cooked well. However, our waiter Cory was awesome and did provide great service.

Sit down service is fine, BUT their take out service it horrible. For the past 5 take out orders, my orders were wrong or missing items. We’ll see if the 6th time is the charm for them to get it right, then again why bother.

Good food, but service was lacking. Our waiter walked by our table about six different times and never once stopped by to see if we needed anything else. He was very attentive up until you ordered. After that, you almost had to help yourself. And the place was not busy, in fact it was mostly empty. The food was good. They have a different standard of cooking meat than the usual rare, medium, well done. Because I didn’t use their jargon, our waiter looked at me like I was an idiot when I said medium. Plus we found out you cannot mix deals. We had a coupon for a free appetizer. Because of the day and time we were there, they were running a lunch type special of $ 1 off certain meals. We ended up paying the extra dollar for my meal in order to save 4 or 5 on our appetizer. It all seemed really silly, over what amounts to a dollar. Because of the food, and delicious rolls, we will be back. Hopefully the service will improve before our next visit.

I went with my friends and we are a group of 14. Our waitress Amy provided good service. I had the hearty cut sirloin, which is good. I especially like the flavor on the edge. And the free bread is surprisingly good!

We’ve been here plenty times in the last 2 years. Mainly come on Mondays for family night. The kids get a free meal with an adults meal. They also have activities for the kids before dinner arrives. Tonight, I ordered the roadkill. It came well done when I asked for it medium. I also asked for the pepper jack cheese on the side, but there were remnants of cheese on my roadkill anyway. What was great about tonight was the server and her awesome attitude toward everything.

We enjoyed shrimp, prime rib, sweet potatoes, fries and vegetables. It was all served at the correct temps, came with rolls and all the shelled roasted peanuts one can eat. The restaurant has a dated outside appearance. Inside the décor is standard for a Texas Roadhouse though this one has a nice warm worn floor. There is a large parking lot that could use refurbishing. The service is good. I prefer the NY Strip over the prime rib at this chain. If you request horseradish they’ll mix some for you. We’ll return.

The great: My sirloin was cooked perfect and was so tender. Side of veggies are fresh and not soggy. The sweet potato was huge. My meal was enough for two meals. The good: the bread and peanuts are always a hit but will kill you with so many calories. My husband enjoyed his burger. The bad: our server was rough around the edges and never around. The bathrooms are disgusting. This whole place needs a good scrub.

I lived in Pasadena as a kid, and now live elsewhere in MD. When I come home to visit my parents, we always go to here, just like we always have since they opened. We’ve been coming here since the place opened in 1997(or around then), so I can safely say I’ve eaten here over 100 times, as we probably have gone here ATLEAST once every other month. I feel as though over the past few years they’ve started going downhill. They’re almost always really good at getting appetizers out in less than 10 minutes. They’ve forgotten sides on multiple occasions recently(not a super big deal). We’ve had small groups(3 – 4 people) and we’ve had extremely long wait times for our food(45+, longest was an hour 15). This past time, I got a ribeye, and know that I’ve gotten the same style ribeye almost every time if been to this place for at least a few years now, and recently it was the fattest piece of meat I’ve ever had. And of course the manager, or whoever walked around wants to say«well, because our ribeyes are hand cut» blah blah. I know it’s a fatty piece of meat, that’s why it tastes great. But when I’m spending $ 20+ on a steak, I’d rather not have ¼ of my steak be fat. I explained my dissatisfaction, but she didn’t offer anything to fix it. My parents steaks were both undercooked(they asked for medium) and they both got medium rare; they asked for it to go back just to spend another minute on the grill; it came back around 8 minutes later, WELLDONE. This has happened multiple times now. The above two paragraphs are of course isolated incidences, as I’ve said, in over a hundred dinners at this place, but it’s still very disappointing to have these take place at a place you frequent so often. This place has just gotten a bit disappointing over the years. And they seem to be occurring more and more recently.

I am gonna go for between a 3 and 4 star here. As a gluten free vegetarian it does limit things a bit. I miss the rolls SO much but allergies are allergies. At least they have an option where you can order an assortment of sides. The bummer is that there’s chicken broth in the mashed potatoes and the sweet potatoes & baked potatoes are cooked in bacon fat. I sure wish they would change that so it made it a little easier on vegetarians. However I know this isn’t a place made for vegetarians. It just makes it a little nicer and easier to have variety when us veg folks go out to places with our carnivore friends. As for the carnivores in our group, they really dug the prime rib and catfish. Service was good with lots of refills and who doesn’t love free peanuts :)
