Sav-​On did everything they said they would do. I shopped around for a vinyl floor for my kitchen, they had the best price of all of the places I checked. They were $ 300 cheaper than the company I had previously used! Their installer showed when they said he be here, did a great installation job and cleaned up before he left. So I had a deadline to get two rooms of my house in diamond bar re carpeted. Thank God for this place! Jacob delivered his promises with no hassle and no problem. He came to the house, took measurements, and came back with no extra charge. I highly recommend these guys for all your carpet needs. Plus they have the most affordable prices compared to everyone else.

I went to Sav-​on carpet to buy some new flooring for my condo. I choose to go to this store because of a recommendation from a friend, who had previously bought some Hardwood flooring. I was very impressed with their store and their choices of hardwood. The salesman Jacob, was very attentive and made several suggestions. I really like the hardwood floor that I had installed. They made it very comfortable and easy to do business with. I would highly recommend them to my friends. I plan on doing more changes to my condo and I will definitely be back for drapery.

The BEST. I needed about 3400 sf of new flooring for a fixer upper house we were buying. I originally thought the «deal» would be at Home Depot, so I went there first. I was not impressed with the selection and no one in the store knew much about installation. I was frustrated so I contacted Sav-​On Carpet & Drapery on the referral of none other than Siri. I just said, «flooring Pasadena, CA» to my phone and their number popped up, so I gave it a shot.
I knew right away that Ulyses was my guy. Within a few minutes, he had already helped me narrow my selection by asking smart questions about my subfloor and lifestyle. I felt like I got more accomplished in 5 minutes than I had all week running around to Home Depot. He made an appointment to come out to my home and we were set to go shortly. The selection isn’t as vast as at the box stores, but they seem to have a more curated collection of the better products.
The pricing is also very fair. Home Depot seemed cheaper upfront with the materials (varying as much as $ 2-​$ 5/​sf) but when I eliminated the products I couldn’t use there and really compared apples to apples, then added in labor, I was astonished that Sav-​on was so competitive.
We’re about halfway through the job right now. The first floor is finished and looks amazing. I really, truly love it. Ulyses stops by the house to check on the job regularly and I can call or text any time with questions. He is ALWAYS nice, even when I’m grumpy or the natural hiccups arise.
This really is the place you want your flooring and other contracting done in the San Gabriel Valley. I’ve also been impressed with their contacts and subcontractors. I’ll be sure to post pics when it’s all finished!

I went into Sav On Carpet this morning looking for a remnant for an outdoor shed project. It couldn’t have been a better experience! Everyone in there was very friendly, respectful, helpful, and they had exactly what I needed. While I was waiting for my piece to be cut, one gentleman was working with a woman on a major project and I was impressed by his kindness, and his attention to detail. He wanted to make sure that the job was done correctly, beautifully and in a timely fashion. I know that I will go back to them for any of my flooring needs in the future no matter how big or small.

Sav-​On Carpet & Drapery did an awesome job providing me with plenty of samples from which to choose, help in selecting the best flooring for me, a great price (not the lowest, not the highest — right in the middle), a very professional crew — and installation in my 1930 Spanish Mission style home in 1 DAY! I recommend them to everyone! They are absolutely wonderful.

This is a good place to go. I went to these guys twice for laminate flooring in my bedrooms. I had a good experience. The installers were very professional and did a great job. Definitely check them out if looking for any work to be done in your home. You won’t be disappointed.

Came in to get some advice on flooring. Jacob was extremely helpful and knowledgable. No pressure, just solid information, we will definitely come back when we are ready. He even gave us some free carpet scraps for a cat-​tree we are re-​doing.

Wow, where do I begin?
Ulises and Jacob are so sweet and very helpful. They never say they’re busy, they always make time for you and are very good with emails/​photos/​communication. I can’t slight these guys one bit.
Came to the rescue with our flooring when our old flooring was nothing short of a disaster. The floor, put in by their team/​crew, is gorgeous. The new carpets are
lovely as well.
The thing I really like is how Ulises understood this was a rental unit, he could have suggested really expensive flooring, but, as he said, as long as we get something durable/​lasting, that’s what matters. Let’s face facts, one never knows how tenants will treat our property and when we’ll be needing new carpets/​floors, etc…
Their prices are outstanding, they fit, as much as they’re allowed, within your budget.
I’m working with Ulises from the UK and he’s been a total doll. He always makes me laugh even when I call with another disaster hitting, lol, there have been plenty
of them along the way. He’s not only kind, he’s patient and loves when customers are friendly and speak our minds. He does not like second guess anything.
Any of you out there in my sunny State, don’t even think for a moment of going to any other firm, you’d be nuts if you don’t use them. This is truly a professional company, they’ve been around forever and a day, they won’t let you down and they specialise in everything. I’m sticking with them as long as they’re around.
