I have been an avid Lowe’s supporter for years. I prefer going to Lowe’s over the Home depot across the street for so many reasons its hard to list them. But that is rapidly changing. From spending an hour just to pay for carpet that was ordered and i was informed the bill was ready for me to come in and pay for it. To ordering a grill that was to be assembled but they left off the cotter pins to hold on the top. Basically the service has been getting worse and its store wide issue. Thank you to Darlene in flooring who was a great help to get the carpet process handled. Hiedi a store manager could really use an attitude adjustment. I way she spoke to me and to the staff members trying to assist me was disturbing.

Well I see some good reviewed on here I wondering if I’m at the same lowes because Jesus help these people! …had them repair my roof after the hurricane and my roof still leaks! I’m done dealing with the warranty issue and stuff to even bother. thennn I made the mistake of having the confidence of them installing two ceiling fans in my house… they worked for about an hour then on one of them the light won’t work on it, the other started shaking around Jesus! I thought I would’ve learned the first time in having them come work on my house. NEVERAGAIN will I be doing any business with them.

People who say that Home Depot is friendlier and better organized must be doing something wrong. Lowes is always top notch, as is this particular location. I always get help when needed and the associates are polite and respectful. Keep it up!

I ordered a washer/dryer set from Lowe’s over memorial day weekend and got a killer deal after coupons and no tax(energy star weekend, y’all!) *Tip! if you are moving, check out . you can sign up for a 10% off coupon! It takes 7 – 10 days to get the coupon so think ahead! During online checkout, the website told me i would be contacted within 24 hours by 3PD – the moving contractor lowe’s uses for their deliveries – to set up a delivery date and time. Instead of getting a call from 3PD to schedule, I got a robo-call telling me they would be coming the next day between 8−10am. ummmm yeah, that wasn’t going to work, so i had to call and reschedule with them. Then when they were supposed to come, they called me and told me that they wern’t going to be able to make it. Then I had to reschedule again, and they couldn’t accomodate that either. It was a huge nightmare. When they finally did deliver at a time that was completely inconvenient for me, they left the wrappers and papers from the packaging strewn all over my patio – making no attempt to clean up after they left. and they didn’t switch the doors on the stacking washer dryer so they opened the same way. I provided feedback to Lowe’s, and Steven, the Pasadena store manager, reached out to me. He was very apologetic and went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my order. He is even sending someone out to correct the doors for me, for free. So in summary – customer service at this Lowe’s is great. They should, however, consider changing delivery companies!
