Lisa’s Deli

Great food! I got the Pork BBQ sandwich and it was full of flavor! The atmosphere is warm and inviting (albeit a bit cramped). My dad got the Turkey Club and the portion sizes were huge! The only reasons it’s not 5 stars is it was a bit pricey but completely worth it if you want a home style meal!

Best Italian Cold Cuts in Pasadena!

Randomly stopped here to pick up some sandwiches for lunch at the park. It’s a tiny place with clearly a group of regulars. The sandwiches were very good and generously sized. Maybe a hair too expensive for chicken salad, grilled cheese, and ham but still very tasty. The service was quick and made to order. Looks like a good place to come grab a quick breakfast or lunch to go. We’ll probably go back again since it’s so close to home and has a kid friendly menu.

Best food in the area! Took awhile before I finally stopped by this place one day, and is now the only place I eat at when in the area.

I went there and ordered a stuffed roast beef sub today after reading good reviews. It was tasty, for sure… I am only giving it 3 stars because my sub cost $ 9.50. For that price, I figure I’d have enough to share with my hubby for lunch. Ummmm, nope. Not even quite 6 inches. A bit pricey for a deli sandwich. I wanted so bad to love everything about it too.

Loved it. Traveling through, it was fresh, and I loved bearing the local banter. Just what I was looking for.

Anytime I’m lucky enough to be in the area for lunch I always stop here to get the cheese steak stuffed roll sub. It’s a technique I haven’t seen any where else but here. I would recommend trying one of these.

Came in for a simple turkey club and left with a full stomach and big smile… Overstuffed! Lisa, Kelsey and chuck were great! This will be my new spot in the Dena for sandwiches!

Lisa’s has great food. Our salon orders a couple times a week. Tony the driver makes sure you always have everything you need when your order gets to you. We really appreciate the great customer service at Lisa’s. Highly recommended.

Outstanding. Haven’t had a bad meal yet. Corned beef reuben was great. The rye bread is toasted in butter on the flat top. Really makes for a savory sandwich. The first time you order a sub, you might think that the roll looks a little small, but they’re pretty much hollow and stuffed to the brim with meat. Try the stuffed cheesesteak or the Italian cold cut. I recommend highly.

Lisa’s Deli is a real hidden gem. You need to be hungry when ordering lunch or breakfast because you get a big healthy protion of deliciousness. I had the rueben sandwich for lunch and it was amazing. I definitely will be patronizing Lisa’s in the future.

Lisa and her crew are some if the best people in town. As for the food it’s exceptional! If you like Rueben Sandwiches they are delicious! They aim to please and they do just that! If you’re looking for a great place to get Carryout this is it. They do have a lunch counter if you want to eat in which is always fun because the conversation is always great and they are a lot of fun!!!

This is one of those places that a lot of people see, but probably just drive by. Next time do yourselves a favor and stop. They’re only open until 3pm so it’s purely a breakfast and lunch joint. I was off work earlier than usual today and had a chance to check it out, and I’m glad I did.
I ordered a cheesesteak and a side of slaw. They have a technique with hoagie rolls where they hollow it out instead of slicing it, essentially «stuffing» the ingredients into the roll. Very cool technique that really worked for me. Let me add that the rolls are delicious too. The ingredients were of a high quality and very tasty. The slaw was standard fare but still very good.
I look forward to visiting Lisa’s Deli again.

They say that good things come in small packages. Well, this can be said about Lisa’s Deli. it’s a small place, but once you’re inside, the combination of good, friendly people and amazing food (at equally amazing prices) means that you really don’t need to go anywhere else for Breakfast OR Lunch.
