Lansford Roofing

We had our roof done by Robert a few years ago, and I should have written this then. I was referred to him by a friend who had their roof done by him. Robert is a top notch professional. He gave us a number of houses to view in the Arcadia area that he had done.
Once it came time to do the work, his team was timely, neat and did a really good job on our home.

Robert lansford knows roofing. Originally had 4 bids to do my roof, as soon as I met Robert I shredded the other bids. He explained in detail everything he went over and showed me where i had problems on the prior roof. In this day and age where everybody tries to pull one over on you, Robert actually saved me some serious coin and performed a flawless job. I now have the best roof on the block with my mind at ease that it was installed right! The other roofers gave me bs answers just to shut me up and gave me their bid. Robert Lansford is a class act with a far superior installation team. I would give him 10 stars rather than the Unilocal 5 stars. Can’t go wrong. Awesome job!!!

My parents had their roof done by Robert and his company. They did a great job, and Robert was very thorough and great with follow through. Robert also came out and diagnosed a leak issue we had at our house.
For the person who gave 1 star because he was booked and couldn’t accept new customers (yes I know this was a few years ago… but still), I have called plenty of different roofers who are all booked through the next few months due to El Nino, but I would never give them 1 star because they’re booked and busy. You were told upfront that they were booked, which is open and honest communication. Nothing wrong with that!
Anyways, I know Robert and his crew are busy with jobs before the storms come, but once this super El Nino passes, I (along with my parents) highly recommend his services!

I got 3 competitive bids to replace my roof. Robert’s quote was the best. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me a start date and stuck with it despite the rainy weather that could have delayed the start of my roof. He started the job on a Friday morning. By Friday evening, the plywood was completed. His staff was extremely hardworking. They worked a full day Saturday and completed the job by Monday despite the temperature in the 100’s. I would highly recommend Robert and his staff. They know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Thank you Robert!

It first started with the meet and greet which I found to be extremely friendly, Robert not only provided a low estimate he provided us with much information from different roofing materials, designs and a product called «Low E» insulation. After several days and hrs of obtaining quotes, I decided to have the Lansford Roofing Co. replace my roof.
I decided to go with the recommended «Low E» insulation… Wow! With the warm summer like tempatures we’re experiencing, I needed to open several windows to allow the warm air to come in and warm the house. YES this insulation works! And the service we received was just great. The Lansford Roofing Co. is a company I would recommend highly.

I need a new roof. There aren’t any five star roofers on Unilocal,so I just tried calling Lansford and their voice mailbox is full and not accepting new messages. Great way to do business, guys.

We recently purchased our first home, a bank-​owned property in need of some repairs. Our biggest issue was the roof. But, thanks to Lansford Roofing, it’s been one of the easiest issues we’ve had to deal with.
When contacted he was quick to respond and came out soon after to give an estimate. The estimate itself was very reasonably priced. The work was done on time, quick and spotlessly clean afterwards. I got no complaints.
Unconditionally recommended.

I called a few places to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix some broken shingles and the ridge caps on my roof. Roberto said he was booked up with jobs, but he would come by because he’d be in the area to give me his opinion. He looked at the roof and said that the ridge caps could last a few years because the roof needs replacing in a few years anyways, so I shouldn’t waste money doing the ridge caps now. He also then wrote down all the items I needed to fix the shingles myself.
My boyfriend and I took care of the repair, and I will definitely be calling Robert again when I need to replace my roof!

We have a wood shake roof and about 1 ½ years ago we replaced a whole section of our roof because it was pouring rain through one of the canned lights and we were told it was beyond repair.
We’ve recently noticed two other leaks that we knew we should take care of… of course we called the roofer that replaced the other section of roof. His estimate for repair of the two areas was about $ 2,375 and replacement of just the two planes was $ 9,400. We got that feeling in our gut that we were being taken advantage of so decided to make some more calls…
I asked a neighbor who she would recommend and she told me about Lansford Roofing. I called him and he was very responsive. He came over with one of his foreman, he checked out the roof and said he thought all it needed was some caulk where the flashing met the chimney and some more caulk in an area that wasn’t installed correctly. His foreman applied the caulking and Robert (the owner) said he normally charged $ 300 for a repair, but he wouldn’t charge me anything, «He had the caulk in the truck». Robert even went and purchased some paint and delivered it for my husband to cover the white caulking. Robert suggested we give this a try and see if it does the job.
Here’s why I like and recommend Robert — he could have easily suggested similarly expensive repairs as our original roofer — hey… we don’t know the difference but he tried to address the problem and not just line his pockets. A bonus was that he didn’t even charge me for the visit, I’m super thankful and this is indicative of his professionalism and trustworthiness. He has definitely secured us as a lifelong customer and I’m happy to share the recommendation!!!
