I met Mark Welling 10 years ago when he helped me buy a house in Sunland, CA. I gave him specific parameters of what I could afford and he never tried to «up-​sell» a property to me. We looked at about 20 properties over 4 weekends and found my perfect house. He was incredibly helpful, no-​nonsense and never wasted my time. I moved out of the area 3 years ago and he was instrumental in helping me find a great tenant to rent my house. I decided to sell the house this past July and talked with him over the phone and the house closed yesterday! Mark handled everything for me in California and always sent me updates as to what was going on. He found a great buyer for the house and I am really thrilled that I was lucky enough to have been able to work with him over the past 10 years! He is a total professional and gets results!
