Honorio and his team, Omar and Gustavo have been working on remodeling my kitchen. They have done a wonderful job. They are efficient and skilled at what they do. Every day they have cleaned up and arrived on time. They are patient with changes I have requested. They pay attention to detail, particularly the tile work, which turned out beautifully. Honorio and his team are very busy and I can understand why. I will continue to use them on future updates I do to my home. Cost wise they are very reasonable. Thank you Honorio and team!

I contacted Honorio based on Unilocal reviews. I also contacted 3 other handymen. Honorio answered back promptly via text (I texted him first) which was fantastic. At this time I only had a small job — the installation of a pet door. Honorio said he would be happy to do the job and gave me a quote of $ 130 over the phone. The only other service I had gotten a quote from several months back scoffed at the size of the job and admitted they would over-​charge to compensate! ($ 250!) Honorio set up an appt for the following week, arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner for the agreed upon price. I provided him with a list of other projects I will need to do in the next year (some much larger in scope) and he reviewed the list and said he could do all the needed repairs and work. I am really looking forward to using his service again!!! Thanks!

Just a follow up on the engagement a couple of weeks ago. He finished quite a few things in a very efficient way. I was very happy that they went extra miles to do things right. The posts I ask him to put in ground, I told him whatever is easier is fine with me, but they actually used cement to form the base to hold the posts. He is very smart and knowledgeable. He didn’t use any instruction and figured out how to install the retractable screen door. The job was done neat and fast.
A couple of days later. I broke a glass and called him for help. He was working on another project that day, but he accommodated my request and did it the same day including the makeup paint work on the window trim. If I tell you that the house was staging for open house, you will understand how I appreciate he can fix the window that day. As we discussed, I was going to pay $ 110. To my surprise, he didn’t take the money and said he was happy to help me out. He will be to first person to call if I have other projects in the future.

Honorio has been my life-​saver ever since I was introduced to him. I do a lot of project research on Pintrest and Google images and use these pictures as inspiration. I then talk to Honorio and use these pictures and my home’s dimensions to formulate a real construction plan. Recently, I really just showed Honorio my ideas for a pergola, he made the measurements, and constructed the pergola as if it came straight out of my head. I’ll include the photos. Honorio, also recently renovated my garage. Again, I showed him pictures for the color concepts, interior design, and lighting configuration, and he put it together. I’ll include photos of this project as well. Unfortunately, my photos from my phone don’t show the detail Honorio and his workers pay very close attention too. The store-​bought siding didnt perfectly match my home’s siding so Honorio did my siding shingle by shingle. It’s amazing. I’ve worked with several contractors on many different projects, so as a home owner, I know who is B.S. and who is not. Honorio is the real deal.

I bought a run down house 3 years ago thinking i could salvage everything and have a beautiful house with minimal upgrades. After the purchase, and rugs were up and walls were down i found i had more issues than i expected.
Luckily, a very good friend recommended Honorio to help with the overall rebuild. Honorio knew i needed to move in soon and expended every effort to get my house done quickly. He did everything from plumbing, framing, insulating, rebuilding sewer, tile work (the guy who does his tile now is amazing… Ill try to upload photos), electrical, landscaping, hardscaping, ect. He really does just about everything. And when a project needs a specialist, he has the best contacts.
Ive done loads of research and had tons of estimates and tried to work with other contractors/​handymen, but always regretted not using Honorio when i did. He seriously has the best pricing and does an amazing job. Have him do a small job, you’ll see. Seriously, dont over invest. Just have him do a small job and youll see that his pricing and overall result is better than anyone out there.
Last note, Honorio is so knowledgable and great at explaining different options. Just pick his brain and he’ll work with you. It wont take long and you’ll be feeling the same way i do.
And fyi, ive never posted on Unilocal or anywhere else out there in internet land. Honorio, is seriously that good and that good of a person to get me on here to do that. Enjoy, but dont take up too much of his time bc i still have projects left.
