H&M

This is a review based on Online returns and H&M’s terrible return policy. You might as well rename your online store to H&M Online Only because you cannot return items purchased online, in store. I will never shop here again solely based on the this fact. The quality is terrible here and reason for the return. As soon as I asked the cashier if I could return the item she dismissively told me that I should read the online return policy. Every other store i.e. Zara, Urban Outfitters, and any store lining Colorado Ave allows returns from online purchases. Get your act together H&M!!!

Worst customer service ever. I asked an employee for a different size and they actually told me «why do you have to make my life so difficult?» Honey, I work retail as well. It’s not the easiest but pretend to like ur job.

The place has good prices and selections if you’re on the go… the cashier is a bit rude… And they have a long line w only two cashiers… come-​on open up more registers… we are paying for parking on a meter can’t afford to run back to put more money just because this store has limited help on registers… Overall not bad

I will say majority of my wardrobe is from H&M and this is my go-​to H&M, not by choice but because the location is close to where I live and also my work although, this is not a big store compared to other H&M’s I’ve been to however they so have a good consistent amount of stock and rarely they don’t have my size AND I’m able to find items this location has that others don’t which is a plus. About the only negative I have about here is the store gets quite dusty it seems as (the doors are always open) some of the merchandise (i.e. the facial wipes packaging seemed like if was sitting there a whole giving it a old appearance) but I was told by the sales girl I asked that it was just dust before purchasing it) overall, I will continue shopping here.

Out of all the H&Ms I’ve been to, this location is by far, the worst.
Not only was the store messy, but everything was too spread out, yet felt cramped at the same time. And even though I saw two employees walking the floor, not one came up to me and asked if I needed help.
There was a huge sale going on and I understand it’s a weekend, then shouldn’t you schedule more employees to work the floor? Didn’t even bother going upstairs, I was already drained looking through the unkempt, messy shelves.
Will never visit this location ever again

I stopped by a couple of times in the past but always had trouble finding the right size. The material they use is better than F21 and that would justify the higher price they are able to charge. I normally would browse and see what’s in the store. But I never had any intention of buying anything unless something really catches my eyes!!!
I stopped by this time because I was looking for some cute rompers. My friend recommended coming here since she saw quite a few selections online and the sizes fits well on her. We are both the same sizes, so I’m glad to hear I wouldn’t be wasting my time. I tried looking at F21 earlier but didn’t see anything there.
Yay! I found what I wanted and I was so in love with the leopard pattern! Finally!!! The size also fitted me perfectly! I can’t wait to wear this for my upcoming trip.

The worst in retail customer service I have ever encountered. I know this isn’t the most high end store, but even Forever 21 hires staff that actually are friendly and considerate. I went during my lunch break and was on a time crunch, after waiting in line to purchase a cream colored blazer and wedges I was exasperated by the cashier. The cashier Tiffani was extremely rude and seemed put off that i asked for a different sized wedge. She came back with the wedges and then ran away for no apparent reason. I asked the cashier next to Tiffani if I could have some help since I need to run back to work and she rudely responded «She’s already helping you.» I waited another 5 minutes and asked again for someone to assist and Irene, the other cashier said «there is no one else that can help.» When Tiffani finally returned, (what she was doing I am not sure as it had nothing to do with my purchase… maybe a quick snack break?) I asked if she could take off a little 10% since there was marks on the blazer. She said «I have to ask my manager». When she returned, she said the manager would not do anything about it. I left feeling frustrated from the unacceptable level of service towards customers. You could tell both Irene and Tiffani hate their jobs and were not going to go out of there way to be friendly or helpful to customers. I will never shop here again. In addition, most all of the light colored wedges and jackets had marks on them, for which the store did not discount. The clothes should not look used at this type of retail clothing store.

I don’t come to this H&M in Old Town often and after this past visit I remember why. it’s so crowded! But the stock is pretty good and the stands are cleaned fairly often. They keep all the clothes for women downstairs and cleared the second floor for all men apparel. Staff seemed nice but I think this venue could use a better space planner to visually separate the space for better shopping.

I do not know why but when i shop here, i always get what i need in less than 15 minutes.
The store is small but im happy when i shop and visit this store location. The sales and prices are fair.

Great place to shop for simple and trendy clothes for a reasonable price. Sometimes will find some cute dresses here. Don’t really care to much for their accessories like jewelry and handbags. The jewelry is very cheap looking and the bags as well. This location has two stories. The first level they have your women’s and the second floor they have Men’s clothing. Also the dressing rooms are located upstairs. Rooms seem to always pretty full when I go on the weekends and the room are really tight. Not much workers on the actual sales floor so you really have to search for what you’re looking for yourself.

Not my favorite store, just stopped in looking for gifts. Trendy cool stuff, but not the highest quality. Lots of women’s clothes, not too many men’s clothes.

I live by this H&M but I tend to drive to farther away malls for H&M because of this place. It’s usually pretty crowded and I don’t know if it’s because of the crowds, but this place is always a disaster. I’ve also been charged more for a shirt than the price said– I guess the discount didn’t go through?
The sizes are insane. One pair of jeans I got was giant as a size 2 and one was really small as a size 10. TRY EVERYTHING ON!
