BEST TRUFFLE SALT EVER! After reading dozens of reviews on truffle salts, I settled on their Italian Black Truffle Sea Salt. It did not disappoint. The flavor is incredible but not overpowering. The first few weeks, my cupboard smelled like truffles, but then the scent mellowed out. Excellent on just about everything, especially eggs.
Also — great customer service and fast shipping.

This company is such a class act! There are old school in the sense that they deliver with no questions asked. I bought a full set of their spices and salts online through Gilt and the make your fish, chicken, lamb, everything taste amazing! You don’t need sauces with these spices! And wait until you smell them. When you open the box they generate the best feelings and you can’t wait to use them! Great presents but I am keeping mine.
