Great salts for finishing a dish to add a hint of flavor whether it is smoked flavor you want to add or meyer lemon. They are also great for grilling when you don’t have much time to marinade your vegetables or protein.

Hands down one of the best spice/​salt line out in the market. The quality of the product is simply exceptional and Chef Ben does not disappoint. The ingredients are blended perfectly and are fresh and organic, which is a major plus in this now chemical and preservative enriched world. This product is easily a front runner and should be tried by all. I recently bought some for Christmas stocking stuffers and so far I’ve received 5⁄5 stars from everyone. I can not wait to try more products from this line!

Having used a truffle salt successfully in the past, I was eager to a few of these. I seasoned a ribeye steak with a mix of the jalapeño salt and the mesquite salt then added some cracked black pepper. The steak was pretty delicious, a little bit smoky with just the right amount of heat. I cant wait to try the full range of seasonings and salts.

I just got my order and I was amazed at the quality of the spices, I especially love the insane poultry rub it is great on my grilled chicken I even add it to my lunch salads the best part is they are all low in sodium Wich is great for my diet. I haven’t had a have to try their salts but they all sound really amazing as well, I will definitely say these spices are the best I have had in a long time, the only thing I would say I wish tjey had bigger sizes.
