I would put zero star if possible! Don’t order there, you cannot trust them! They barely answer the phone neither emails. I ordered last Tuesday, called me once on Wednesday and promised I’d have my stickers Thursday (I needed them for Sunday). Never received them despite my numerous calls & emails Friday & Saturday (but he did invoice me and receive my payment on Thursday) and I had to find another solution Saturday afternoon as I didn’t get anything and no news from Mario, apparently the owner of this company! I had to cancel my payment thru American express card to be sure that he wouldn’t receive payment as I call that a thief, and I got a mail today with an invoice cancellation! Still no call, no apologies, no explanation, unbelievable! I’m sure the stickers have never been done! Never ever order there!

This company is great! I have order from them several times over the last 6 years… and have never been disappointed. I even once placed an order less than a week in advance and the transfers arrived in plenty of time for the party! For the value and service I definitely will use Gogo Cakes again and again!

I rarely ever leave reviews but this was ridiculous.
I called TWICE on a Friday to place an order. TWICE they told me that if I had my order in right away then they’d ship it to me the next day and it would get there by Saturday, definitely by Monday at the latest. I sent in my order as soon as I got off the phone.
Long story short, it didn’t come in until Tuesday. I tried calling and calling all day that Monday and received absolutely no response. Tried leaving a voicemail. Their voicemail was full. Sent them an email. No response.
I am absolutely disgusted and furious with the complete lack of customer service. Shipping fiascos and other uncontrollable factors I can forgive, but their service is deplorable. I can’t believe they’re still in business with the way things are run.
Heed the other reviews, Gogocakes is a ripoff and a scam.

I have purchased cake and cupcake stickers from here for years and have never been disappointed! Easy to order and quick delivery.

I purchased cake sticker and cupcake stickers with specific designs. Everything turned out wonderful. I was very pleased with their product and directions on how to apply it. Loved how the cake and cupcakes turned out!

Frankly, I was shocked to see the low ratings of this company– I definitely became a little nervous as I placed my order. However, allow me to state that I had a wonderful experience with Gogo Cake! My mother loves the supernatural and so I had an Ouija cake made for her (I’ll post a picture). The cake sticker came quickly and was so easy to apply. It looks awesome! I’m already planning other sticker themes for upcoming parties…

PLEASE read this. You may not want to trust your special occasion to these folks. Here’s what happened to me — I ordered 120 monogram cupcake toppers for my daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner. I sent Lorena my logo and my mailing address. They sent a proof; I approved it. I paid $ 38 through Paypal.
Their website says, «Gogo Cake has a reputation of being fast and reliable.» It was neither!
Their website says, «Gogo Cake acknowledges that a birthday is not just a sale it is a special day that will remain in our memories for the rest of our lives.» Birthdays come once a year, but for this bride, it was her WEDDING!
Their website says: «All delivery times assume a one business day window for processing and shipping of your order.» Was my order processed and shipped in one business day? No.
Their website says: «Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and weekends will be mailed Monday.» I ordered on Wednesday and paid on Friday. Were they shipped on Monday? No.
The day of the dinner, I was completely stressed with 120 cupcakes baked, frosted and ready for the stickers and waiting, waiting, waiting for them to arrive. Two ladies (one from Washington and one from Colorado) specifically flew in to help me with the cupcakes. (I was also making the wedding cake.) We sat around waiting and waiting and waiting. Finally, the time came for me to leave for the wedding rehearsal dinner and I had no choice but to take the cupcakes to the dinner without the paid-​for stickers, and face a very disappointed bride. At the very last possible moment, my two helpers went to Michael’s and purchased $ 25 worth of decorating sugar and edible glitter, which they applied to the cupcakes at the dinner as the guests were arriving. Needless to say, the bride was very upset and I was very, very embarrassed. The wedding rehearsal dinner came and went and no cupcake stickers.
After numerous inquiries and complaints via voice mail and email (they don’t answer their phone) Lorena quickly shipped my order by overnight mail TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
I have contacted Go Go Cakes several times by email asking them to refund my money and make it right. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. AT ALL. EVER. NADA. Are you sure you want to trust your special occasion to these folks? YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Awful product. Got an ‘cake sticker’ aka sugar sheet image for a cake for my boyfriends birthday. I placed the sugar sheet in the freezer as instructed. It would not peel off the paper. Tried doubling the time, would not peel off the paper. Quadrupled the time. STILL did not peel off the paper.
Finally tried 8 minutes or so, would not come off the paper. Finally tried to cut the paper and gently pull the torn paper edge away from the sugar sheet, still would not come off the paper. The image eventually tore. I tried tasting the image after it was ruined and it did not taste good at all, so I suppose it was a good thing I did not apply it to the cake.
I cannot say all picture cakes taste bad or are this impossible, but I suspect this is a ‘low end’ vendor. Use with extreme caution. I will never try this again.
They say they include instructions in the package. No instructions. I used the online instructions, however.
Wish I had read the Unilocal reviews first.
In the end, just $ 17 dollars down the drain.

Horrible product, made of cheap cheap material. As soon as I laid it on the cake it crumbled, ruining my son’s first birthday cake. I contacted customer service and they returned an email saying «that usually doesn’t happen» really? a simple I’m sorry we will look into it will also help! DON’T recommend at all!

I was very disappointed in the service that I experienced.
I ordered a custom made edible image which was supposed to be cupcake size and it arrived in the sheet size.
The payment was made on Aug 9, when I have not received anything in the mail. I emailed Lorena on the 17^th and then again on the 22^nd when I have not heard back.
My image was shipped on the 26^th and did not receive it until the 31^st when I specifically told her I needed it for the 29^th.
I emailed her again on the 31^st requesting a refund and have not heard back. Even if it had arrived on time, I would not have been able to use it!
What a waste of time and money!
Never again! Appalling way to run a business!

YES-​YES-​YES Gogo Cake is as good as it gets!!! So… I hope you can hear my ‘SHOCK’ in my typed words when I say «WOW»!!! I have read the other comment on here for Gogo Cake and WOW! I did NOT get the same experience like they did.
Infact the total opposite; my wife and I LOVE working with Gogo Cake; and have been working with them for years and plan to keep it that way.
We have ALWAYS experiences amazing quality products and service. We have tried other companies, but Lorena at Gogo Cake always out shines every single company!
It’s her patience, amazing detailed eye, color quality and simply pure genuine kindness that keep us coming back to her.
