Aileen has a big picture approach to health — and I love it! It’s not just about looks — that’s just the bonus of a healthy diet, healthy attitude, and making time for exercise. For the workouts, she makes sure you warm up and stretch appropriately to avoid injury, additionally, she gets to know each person’s individual fitness level and builds on it. Small spaces and limited equipment are not factors in getting a good workout with Aileen. Her creativity and wealth of knowledge is such that she can give a variety of exercises with whatever is available. The last point I’d like to make is she’s definitely professional — always on time and responsive to emails. I’ve had a few trainers in my 40 years and I can tell from experience that she’s one of the best!

I joined one of Aileen’s Detox Diet groups. For 11 days, we ate different kinds of foods, using the amazingly delicious recipes that she provided. She provided inspiration and encouragement along the way. The cost of this program was relatively inexpensive for the results it produced. After 11 days, I noticed that my well-being had improved: less/no bloating; better sleep; better looking skin. Oh, yes, and I lost weight. I repeated the Detox Diet a few months later, and between those two sessions, I lost 18 pounds, never feeling hungry or deprived. I’ll admit I was not accustomed to a lot of the foods she introduced me to, but even an inexperienced cook such as myself could pull off the recipes and follow/create a reasonable food plan for all meals of the day. I have not yet had the pleasure of working with Aileen as a trainer. But as a nutritional adviser, she is fantastic!

I enjoyed training with Aileen. She makes the one hour workout fun even while you’re sweating and burning. She knows her stuff too so you could ask her anything about nutrition, muscle strengthening, stretching, and she’ll help. She’s really great about keeping it low key and at your level but also open to pushing you to the next level.
