Fairway Hunan Restaurant

I love fairway Hunan! The orange chicken is like no orange chicken I’ve tried before! I also love the chicken and broccoli with steamed rice. It’s really good! The staff is always so friendly! I highly recommend whenever you’re in the mood for Chinese, this is the place to go!

I love this restaurant. The honey shrimp and chicken are both great. A must try if you are shopping in the Fairmont parkway area.

Went for lunch after church a little after 3. No one was in the dinning room when we got there so my wife says I wonder if no one is here because of bad service? We should have gone with her instincts. In the hour that we were there no other customers arrived! I asked the waiter for a menu with pictures he said no. I asked for 2 spring rolls (1 beef 1 pork) he said no, both must be same. I asked for water and lemon he only brought me water. I had to get up and get my own silverware from another table. I had to get my own sriracha from another table. I had to get napkins from another table. And did I mention we were the only customers in the entire place? The food was not great. Price is high. We paid $ 32 for this disappointment. We are not ever coming back.

Waiter called my mother a loser and hung up on her when she called and asked about pricing. She asked why she didn’t receive the lunch price and portion of it was during lunch. He replied you are a loser for not knowing and hung up the phone. I called no manager was there, but asked the waiter (will not say name) if he did in fact call her a loser. He admitted that he did.

I love Fairway Hunan! I usually get it delivered or to go and never had a problem. The beef and broccoli is extremely good! I like to get it spicy with fried rice. I’ve honestly never had anything that I didn’t like.

Not good won tons in the soup were doughy. Bbq pork buns has little filling and not flavorful. Shu Mai dumplings are from bulk frozen store. Take out clerk didn’t include won ton strips for the soup although she said they were when I asked if they were there.

Terrible customer service and bad food. Order took 2 hours after I was told 45 minutes.
More importantly the food was just bad. I had general Sao and my fiancée had orange chicken. For starters we couldn’t figure out which was which… Because they both tasted the same (dry /​no flavor). Even though the food was «fresh» it tasted like it was the day old left overs.
Needless to say… We won’t be ordering here again.

I ordered the sesame chicken lunch. The only thing in the combo I thought was really good was the wonton soup. The egg roll was okay. The sesame chicken didn’t have the right flavor and was mostly fried batter. The rice had no flavor. I wouldn’t recommend.

Great food! Hot, fresh and large portions. Orange chicken and Taiwan noodles are my fave!

I love this restaurant! Everything I always try is always delicious. My favorite is the Orange Chicken and Taiwan noodles.

Their food is good overall. BUT:
I ordered delivery. The portion size is fucking pathetic. I’m pissed about this 20 dollars worth of food for small boxed rice, small thing of soup and I was missing one pork dumpling out of eight. Food came here cold-​ish. I really disappointed to wait an hour and half for this bullshit.
If I was ordering in their restaurant, the portions would have been much more than this. I know this because I’ve been there before in person, I feel cheated and will not go or order them again. :)
They were only lucky Imperial Court restaurant wasn’t open due to the «horrid» weather. The end.

Worst deliver experience ever! Ordered at 11 when they opened, was told it would be 30 – 45 minutes. It’s been an hour and ten minutes and I’m still waiting. I called and asked where the food was, and was told they got busy so it should be here soon… Then 30 minutes later I called again and they said «it’s on it’s way that’s all I can tell you.» Then I said why should I even be charged for food that took twice the quoted time and has been en route long enough to make the dish cold? Their solution was to cancel the order and just get me off their back. Then I asked why they didn’t even offer to call the driver, and they hung up on me. I’ll never order from here again! I don’t care if the food is amazing!
When it arrived, an hour and a half after I ordered, the combo rice was burnt and pulled a bone out of my eggroll. First and last order ever from fairway Hunan.

Hot, fresh, and delicious. Extremely affordably priced with huge portions (including lots of vegetables AND meat). I highly recommend the cashew chicken. Bonus: free wifi.
