Why do you go to a Chinese restaurant like this? To get huge portions of delicious greasy food, right? Well this place totally missed that memo. My order of House lomein was half the portion that I’d get at Oriental Wok that’s two minutes away. Now that I know this, Oriental Wok is where it’s at!

So, this is one of the restaurants I’ve had a chance to try since my office’s recent move to a better location. The restaurant is a typical Pasadena Chinese restaurant: small. There are a few tables where you can seat to eat and the place seemed clean. The food was A-ok and there was no «service.» It was really just a quick: Me: This is what I want Them: This is what it costs Me: Here you go(handed them the money) Them: Thank you. A few minutes later I got my food, ate and left. I see myself eating there for lunch again. The lunch for About $ 6.50 for a good size meal and a drink. I thought that was a great value.
